I ordered Tadpoles from this site in Jan 2010 its now may 2010 and still nothing... They charged my credit card right away, but luckily i used paypal! So hopefully ill get my money back. They don't answer emails or pick up the phone and their mailbox is ALWAYS full... This site is a rip off scam...

This website is very nice and offers everthing I needed, however I purchased items in July, they charged my credit card immediately and it said it was processing for months... It finally shipped in September after several phone calls and a promise by the owner to ship the items and call me back in August... never heard from her again, and they never answered the phone after that. Sent approximately 10 emails trying to get a status update. It finally took a BBB complaint to get my itmes.

Changed name to watercritter.com but still a scam website. Card gets charged. You get nothing in return (including return emails). Phone is disconnected. File a claim with BBB and your credit card should return money if you explain situation.

Ordered tadpoles for my classroom study and never received them. They took the money and ran. Am going to report them to the State Attorney General and the BBB. Shame on you!

I ordered 30 Spring Peeper tads from them in the spring of this year. When they morphed I noticed they did not look like spring peepers, they were american toads, I have tried repeatedly to have them make it right and they push me off and don't respond to emails. If they don't do something to fix this I will never order from them again. Check Out "livingaquatic.blogspot.com" Help stop them from ripping others off.

Hi I made an order with them too. My order has been in pending status since April 6th 2010. I called but their mailbox is full and they don't reply to emails. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. As of today the BBB has mailed a message to the company in hopes to find out what is going on.
