LMPerformance's customer service was great to deal with and answered all my questions before my purchase. They let me know up front that it would be a few weeks before the item would ship and kept me informed of it's progress. The quality of the product is very good and fitment is perfect. Overall I am very happy with the complete transaction and the product I received. I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them.

My wife bought me a N1 Catback back in May 2021 until this day all I receive is just a update blaming manufacturers status. Been so long of a wait I forgot about the product until another update was sent today. The crazy part is that when you call they never answer. At this point I'm just worried about getting my refund and hope the bank dispute since it's been 6 months going forward. Very poor customer service and experience.

Lm performance was good to work with. However there shippers suck they were supposed to let me know an hour before they delivered so my fiancee could watch foraccept and inspect the package because i live in a basment apartment. They failed to call even though bill of lading said to with my correct number and delivered it to my landlord upstairs who signed for it unaware it needed to be inspected and it was damaged now im stuck paying 200 bucks to fix my new hood.
After four weeks of waiting on my clutch, getting the same non-answer from their online status form, I submitted an actual status request. Their web site assured me I'd get an answer by email within 48 hours. Didn't happen. A week later I did it again. Again, no answer.
At this point, I tried calling. Couldn't reach anyone. Six weeks now, no clutch, no customer service at all, following their prescribed process.
Frustrated by not getting my parts and not getting any customer service, I submitted a cancellation request. I got an email chastising me for not emailing them. WTF? Why tell me to use your web site forms to get status if it doesn't work, and I'm supposed to email instead? My order confirmation email actually told me NOT to respond by email!
To their credit, they canceled the order and refunded my money. But I wasted six weeks trying to buy from them.
Buyer beware, customer service is a foreign concept to LMPerformance.
I have a 2017 Silverado 1500 crew cab, however the kit was not long enough so I had to have a friend take me to get an extension. Also, the frame mounted hanger required a larger washer. I would think with the cost of this kit, I wouldn't have to spend extra to fully install it.
My wife ordered me a N1 Invidia cat back on May 26 2021 for my bday and I still have no clue of when it will be shipped. My wife got the print out receipt but never a tracking number... today is June 6 2021. No update or info. I guess we wait? We are starting to give up hope. -New update " now it's 2-3 months before my package is shipped per manufacturer." Today is June 15 2021. What a shame. Told my wife to get refund before it's going to be a big hassle with their customers service since they don't pick up phone calls which they posted.

Don’t shop on their site.
The install was easy but will take a little time. It took some tugging to remove the old extensions from the car. You'll need to clean off the old tape from the car. That is the time consuming part. I then used rubbing alcohol to ensure I'd have good adheation of the new tape. There is a nub on the car that goes into a hole on the new extension. This ensures it is in the proper location for a proper fit. These look really great and are very sturdy. Well worth the money.
I ordered the Carbon Fiber wheel well extensions to replace my stock ones. I have not yet installed these but the quality and fit seem to be perfect. I'll know more after I install them. Two things to note. JPM (not LMPerformance) says that these come with mounting tape and mounting clips. They don't. You use your factory clips and you need to go buy automotive tape. I won't buy the tape until I remove my stock ones to see what width and length I need.
I ordered a carbon fiber demon hood for my challenger. Website says in bright green "in stock, ships in 5 days" when in fact they are not in stock. They push the blame onto Anderson composites which apparently is "understaffed" and new staff are "Damaging orders". Took a week just to process my transaction, had to call and follow up for that so it would actually be "processed". Then I waited and waited with no follow up besides automated messages saying it's not shipping until late May now. One of their employees helped me get to the "owners" voicemail with no call back. Owner emailed me which I have no idea who I'm talking to because there is no signature or introduction. Gave me the run around. Owner tells me to call for updates. So I do and I got Laura who is their employee for tracking and she was extremely rude to me. Now they're saying 6-8 weeks for shipping for an "in stock" item. I cancelled my order real easy. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible etiquette and plainly false advertisement. Steer clear of them, order from Anderson themselves, cuts out the middle man pointing fingers at each other.

I ordered some headlights that the website stated as in stock that ended up being out of stock. I wish there had been some better communication about the status of my order. It's clear the owner cares a lot about his company.
Horrible experience with late model performance. Ordered the QTEC cutouts with optional wireless remote control and turn down pipes. When the wireless remote and turn down pipes didn't show up, I called them. Immediately i was greeted by a very rude lady yelling at me that I needed to call them before ever ordering anything even though online it said items "in stock. I hope this isn't an indication on how you run your business or treat your customers.

I ordered a stainless works exhaust for my Cadillac CTSV. The exhaust showed up damage. I sent LM performance a claim. Never heard back from them no response. Do not buy from LM performance. They do not take care of you!

I ordered a rebuild kit a while back for my 97 nissan truck and it was delivered within two weeks. The second time I buy a clutch from them and now (May 25) its been nearly two months and still hasn't even shipped... takes 3-4 days to get a response on the status, they miss a lot of calls but they usually call back which is okay, but they don't really give any solutions or answers, each time I just get talked down to and my question avoided. I believe they hope you forget about the order so they don't have to ship it. However, I'm gonna ride this out until I get my clutch but will not be ordering from them again.
My suggestion is to not get involved in the first place.
Update: LMP actually emailed me asking to change my review within two hours of me posting this. Nothing regarding my order was mentioned. Very strange and unprofessional to do so. Therefore I'm bumping down my rating.

We are very sorry about this. I see you ordered 2 front and 2 rear shocks. The 2 rears were out of stock per our website when you ordered. The fronts were in stock and should have shipped right away, however our wholesaler was waiting for them all to come in to stock before shipping. When you log into your customer order status page we do have ETA's posted for parts when you order from us. We do not send Automated ETA updates anymore via email as we had too many people complaining about getting too many emails. So when you go to our site and enter your order number and zipcode you can check the status of your order.
AS far as the rude customer service please contact us so we can find out who that was and correct the problem.
AS for no email response we have hired a lot of new people lately so there are still some issues to work out.
The refund was done the day after it was requested because we had to wait for confirmation from KONI that the order had not shipped. You received your refund on day 3 because of how the banks issue refunds. (CANCEL REQ: 8/25/2020 TO... Credit Issued for $312.64 on 8/26)

I ordered a set of tail lights because mine were cracked. I got the first set, and they were broken. Sent them back and it took 6 weeks to get a replacement. During that time, I got a ticket for broken tail light.
Second set arrived broken as well. They said there was nothing they could do but offer me a $100 credit on $250 tail lights so I would only be out $150 after almost 5 months.
5 months in, down $150 and still don't have the parts I need. And they won't do a thing to make it right.

I bought a piston and ring set for a 5 cylinder Dodge Sprinter from LM Performance (August 19th). Their web page and my receipt state "Set of 5". To me this mean 5 pistons and 5 ring sets. And their price is consistent with the purchase of 5 piston sets.
On Saturday, August 24th I received one (1) piston with rings.
I have continued to try to contact someone at LM Performance to let them know of my situation. When I call; all I get are pre-recorded messages. I have left many unanswered messages. Also, I do not get any response to my emails. I have emailed customer service rep Alex Santiago numerous times to try to explain my situation.
I received a email from their customer rep. Yesterday evening (Aug. 3rd). I'm hoping for a complete refund and return shipping label.

HI, Dale Putnat, Yes we have been working on this issue for you now for several days since you first let us know about your missing parts for you Sprinter Van. We also let you know via email and phone as you are not responding now. We talked the manufacturer MAHLE and they said that there is no ETA for the other 4 pistons which you were informed already. We also told you we would refund you. Again you never responded. MAHLE never should have shipped just one part, they should have informed us BOTH that they were out of stock and did not. When you placed the order on our website it said: "CONTACT US FOR AVAILABILITY OR PRODUCT SUGGESTIONS" so per our site when you ordered it, it was not in stock. It would have been a lot easier on all of us if you would just have answered your phone or our emails and we would have already had your return label and refund.
I bought a corsa sport to extreme exhaust with active valves from LMPerformance and let me say worst service I've ever had to deal with once they take your money will try do nothing and insult you when speaking about your problems of the product you bought from their website. I bought an exhaust first tried to screw me over a cancellation and return and charge me for a stock fee bare minimum of 10% and on top of that a late shipment fee and refunded me for $150 just to remove a bad review of that. Then I receive the exhaust which mind you I didn't want anymore but had to keep box came in damaged parts were damaged and now telling me there's a warranty I had to fill out after asking and refusing to help me and insulting me when I said it should be in an email when confirmation of bought product and told me and I quote "I shouldn't have to tie your shoes for you" no you shouldn't but your being paid to do your job so let me tell you don't buy anything from them it is not worth it what do ever go to corsa's main website or American muscle they will take the return no problem and when having problems will refund you and give you extra store credit for it.

We are very sorry you did not cancel your order before it shipped and we are sorry that you have not followed any instructions on how you can return your order or how you can rectify the situation with a warranty claim. You just seem to want to complain about something that could have easily been solved. You told us you wanted to cancel your order because you wanted to AVOID sale tax so i said we would give you a discount so equal to the sales tax to help you and you can keep your order. So we refunded you the $153. We did not have to do that but were trying to make you happy. Now you are complaining about a fitment issue. You told us you had to weld a bunch of stuff. You did this before contacting us or CORSA. You still have not even filled out any return request or sent us any pictures? All i asked for was for you to send us pictures of the issues and/or let CORSA know you were having problems which you refused to do. Instead all you did was make a bad review... we are not able to help you if you are not willing to listen or cooperate in any way.
I know they do drop shipping through Corsa but like dang it's been over a month and my exhaust still hasn't shipped
Yes it s been very hard on everyone lately. Corsa has not been able to keep up with demand due to part shortages from suppliers. Very sorry about this I will see about the eta and let you know...

ETA’s are based on the MFG estimates of ship times. If a part is not In stock on the site we have to dropship them from the MFG. Due to extremely high demand and Covid restrictions lead times have increased recently and we anticipate lead times shrinking in the near future.
LMP uses several sources for products including the manufacturer and several wholesalers. We are very sorry for the delays; Manufactures are having a hard time obtaining materials to produce their products and this is not limited to just auto parts as this is happening across most industries. Canceling your order will only result in further delaying your order as manufacturers ship first come first serve.

HI very sorry about your order, looks like you received a SD033 which is what was ordered. SPEC is running behind in manufacturing and hence the delay. This was shipped about 2 weeks after the order was placed. The pandemic has caused a lot of industries a lot of supply problems and the automotive parts industry is one of them. Please let us know if you tech advice on ordering the correct part for your truck.
Ordered a week and a half ago. Still no legitimate tracking number. Emails, Instagram messages are ignored or I get an automated response. Automated response says it shipped yet there's no tracking info. Charged my card upon my order but I haven't heard anything since. Since they won't even respond to me and let me know what's going on, I'm left no choice but to file a fraud case with my credit card company.
They have glowing reviews on every page of their website yet I couldn't find anywhere that I can leave a review there. Look closer and you'll see they use a 3rd party to handle their reviews. There's no link for you to add a review. Pretty shady

Sorry you could not wait on this order, everything i said was the truth. AC/SEBON gets these parts from CHINA and also we were told that they do not have enough workers to ship products out and so the lead time FOR INSTOCK ITEMS is now 3-6 weeks from ANDERSON COMPOSITES. I said you could call them yourself to verify this is true, we have nothing to hide. Our site says VENDORS TYPICALLY TAKE 5 DAYS. That includes ALL vendors, however since I am now being told from customer service reps that they are not 3-6 weeks we have updated that information on the site. I know you are blaming us but this is the world we live in now with shortages and lack of workers. Also you will find this is exact information from every other vendor who sells Anderson Composites products. The fact that you canceled your order will only mean you have to go back to end of the line for your part and now you will wait even longer. We have been in business for more then 21 years and its not from lying to people. Good Luck!
