I just received some fantastic service at Loadstar tires by Dylan. He demonstrated superior customer service, and care, and not only saved my day, but asked nothing more in monetary expenses. I had ordered a load range d tire and later realized I needed a load range E tire emailed him back after the fact and offered to pay the difference. He said no problems, just a few dollars difference that Dylan said no worries we will take care of it. So, while I do not expect everyone should get a pass, and I want to pay for what I ask for; let me hope that my review help bring in way more business than a few dollars saved on this order. For sure I will trust and return on the next opportunity to Loadstar. Thank you Dylan.
Ordered two Kenda trailer tires. When they arrived one of them was new, and the other was two years old, and looked like it had been thrown around a warehouse for that long. Called them up, and they did sent a new one with return postage for the old one, but they still tried to scam me with an old tire!

I have ordered tires from them for several different trailers and have never been dissatisfied with any tire they have sent me. They are also warrantied for up to 2 years after you buy them. What more can you ask for!
