I purchased 3 cases of 29oz tubes Conceal caulk from Log Home Maintenance and Supply (LHM&S). I inadvertently purchased the wrong type caulk and returned them. I shipped the cases via UPS. LHM&S accepted only half of the shipment claiming UPS damaged the other half of the material in shipment. UPS denied my claim because LHM&S told UPS that I shipped it incorrectly. I SHIPPED IT IN THE SAME BOXES THAT I RECEIVED IT. They were not truthful with UPS. Additionally, they have a re-stock charge buried deep in their small print. Now LHM&S won't return my calls. Just waiting for them to do the right thing.
