Foreign Company - Does not honor money back guarantee - This company and website claims 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied, but this is not true. We requested refund in November '08, and still no response. We advise avoiding this website and company based on our negative experience.

I hired logodesigncopyright.com to create a logo for my company. I provided some insights into what we do and some ideas for an icon. They ignored the input I offered and created completely incongruent designs. So I went through the process. After 3 rounds of 3 designs the designs devolved into ridiculous pedestrian work that looked like it came from a child. So I asked for my money back. It took them a week to respond and in that time I called, left voice mail, and sent 2 emails.

Their phone line is never answered and voice mails are never returned.

I got an email from Mary, pleading with me to give them another chance and she offered me a services discount. By this time I had hired another company to do the logo. I eventually succumbed to Marys pleading and said they could design a brochure and business cards. With this discount this would cost me an additional $25. I got the bill from them the same day. I paid it immiediately and was promised a first round of designs in 72 hours.

The long and short of it is that in 2 weeks now they have never delivered my initial round. I've emailed countless times, I've left voice mails. When it was time to get paid they responded in 24 hours so I know they're getting my emails. However when it comes time to perform they simply don't deliver at all. Their response time dwindles to nill. Mary, the person who eventually responded the first time I requested a refund referred me to another email address to request a refund this time. But wasn't she the one who responded the first time I requested a refund? Strikes me as though I'm walking into another round of responsibility avoidance.

I don't think I am reaching too far to call this company a fraud. They promise services they are incapable of delivering. That is fraudulent. Their response posted on here is a total sham. If you have thousands of customers then you have the systems in place to manage those customers. A business card and brochure template design shouldn't take any time at all once you've been given a logo.
