With LogoVent, I've had over five logos designed, and I continue to recommend it whenever someone asks where to get a logo designed. You can find the right logo by looking at as many submissions from designers as possible. You may not only for the design of the logo but also for the creative logo ideas that you would never have thought of. They make sure you are 100% satisfied with their customer service. It's rare for me to write reviews, so you're reading this because I am so happy with the service.
If I could give them negative stars I would, this company promised a 3D logo with three aspects I needed. 18 days have gone by and the haven't taken any of my notes for revisions. There communication is extremely poor; example we will get the revised logo to you tomorrow morning... 3 days later I get a logo that hits none of my concerns 3 days earlier. I e asked for a refund for 48 hours now and still can get anything emailed to me saying I get one. I've dealt with three different employees Conrad, Jason and Jacob all need a lesson in customer service and deadline timing.

This is a terrible company. My original agreement with them was that they would design my website and I would do my own advertising and marketing. When my website was complete, I asked for my login information and I was laughed at. After asking 3 times for my login information they proceeded to ignore me. They never finished my last batch of designs I paid for either. Please do not give these people your money.

I'm too angry to write all the details but let's just say they got over a $1,000 if my dollars and kept trying to get more and it's been 4months and still no website and now no correspondence. I'm a small business so this hurts they even tried to make me write a good review before getting the finished product. Probably to scam more ppl. I'm so upset. I could've saved money I needed it for so many other things. What they've done is cruel and I don't even have the words to express my frustration. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this fake company.

If you're an artist just like me and want the general public to notice you, you surely need a professional and custom logo. I found these guys and they had some pretty good reviews online. Horrible company which took over 2000$ from me and threw up any kind of website with photos of dogs that wasn't mine not explaining the type of dogs I breed in my kennel. So I asked for a refund in which they refused to give back. They gave me the runaround about my invoices or receipts which they never sent. Now they refuse to refund me my money and now I have to seek a lawyer to refund my money. This company is a fraud I advise anyone to deal with Logo Vent.

They're scammers, I wasn't satisfied with them, bc they were not really working on my project but they pretend to, so I asked for my money back as their return policy supposed to be, they got really rude and yelled at me and said in a very rude unprofessional way they're not giving me back anything, they used street language, yelled and insults, they don't work they just play around and steal people, please be careful. They're cruel, no humanity in them, evil people and very rude. One day they will know how it feels to be scammed.

On initial inquiry, you get a lot of email from them, suggesting there's a team. It seems like they are a team of one. One guy using multiple names to give the appearance of them being larger or adequately staffed. There's a lot of pressure to pay in advance. When you press them for what they actually deliver you get a list of features but no specifics. It appears they charge a lot of money for what any number of DIY web hosting services often provide for free. Do your research or hire a local company to help you.
Using Logo Vent was a fantastic experience! The site is very user-friendly and intuitive. Our contest generated a large variety of creative designs to choose from and the designers were friendly and responsive to requests. It was fun to see creativity come from all over the world. I would use Logo Vent again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Prepared a spec that was agreed to after looking at a template that fit the bill. Paid $1,000 in May 2021 and then the fun began. From the outset the assigned Project manager didn't have a clue. A 60 day project has been ongoing for 10 months! Reviewed several iterations of a website that never functioned. And here we are in February 2022 and they don't even respond to emails. They are just in the wrong business and should be banned from doing whatever it is they do. They don't build websites!
I had been struggling with the name of my business for a long time. I wanted something catchy but also meaningful. Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. I wish I would have acknowledge the negative reviews when reading the reviews before I chose to work with this company. If you're reading my review right now, turn back because these people are con artist they're disrespectful and they are greedy. They work on your project when ever they feel like it. Their designs suck, they always try to convince you not pay for all types of products and services. And try to find a way to scam you somehow. Unfortunately I cannot say to much on here with my whole situation but just know I already have been speaking to a lawyer and I hope sooner or later this company goes out of business so they won't hurt any more small business just trying to pace a way. Again if you read this far into my review turn back theirs plenty of great companies out there that'll get you where you need to be instead of pushing you back. I asked if it was possible for me to get something done in a certain amount of time they assured me they could. I pay 120$ they called me a few days prior to when I needed this complete and told me they couldn't do it. So I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me it and then DAYS after I needed it they sent me what I asked for instead of the refund. Do not recommend.

Unable or refused to provide logical and obvious solutions to problems in establishing my educational portal.
1) Bought a domain name on my behalf without my permission or knowledge for 3000$ with the intention of transferring the cost to me. Turns out that the domain name I wanted which they would have found out by simply calling me costs only $12 dollars!
2)Insisted that my marketing specs required expensive 2D or even 3D animation, (at least $1500. I came up with the alternative of storyboarding\, a FREE service!
3)Now they claim that they are unable to video tape students' acts of drawing, that this can only be done by phone, when in actuality there are online video-recording functionalities available ON MANY WEBSITES.
4) Even though their stated policy is to record conversations, which I welcome because it would allow their developers to hear added, and I believe helpful, explanations of my specs that I gave by phone to my Project Manager, and in spite of my repeated requests for 10 months to company director Dale, as well as to my PM, Rebecca, to therefore allow them to listen to these conversations, this development team has yet to hear even one of these recordings. So simple to do, so basic to effective teamwork, yet still not accomplished.
And the list of their total lack of imagination competence and open-mindedness when it comes to offering customer-friendly, workable, inexpensive solutions to problems they assure me are impossible or at least very expensive to solve goes on and on...
