All they are good at is upsetting. Promised money back if the upscale didn't work. No improvement now won't answer calls. Asked legal team to call... no call. Got orders before now none.

After visiting their professionally set up website, I was convinced to book services from them. The executives explained the entire process to me and guided me throughout. The managers planned everything brilliantly and kept a good link between me and the developers. I was charged very appropriately for the service and was completely satisfied with my experience.

My plan was to create an explainer "whiteboard" video.
My "Team Manager" Fred Wilson appeared very cooperative in the beginning. All what he said made sense. I needed a longer video... he was going to help me with my website. And so on. Of course, they charged me every time. 599 here, 499 there, then another 299 and so on.
The first "cut" of the video came fairly quick but it did not reflect anything they had send me as sample videos or I had told them to do. I painstakingly tried to guide them scene by scene, I even made PowerPoint animations send pictures and instructions (which looked better then theirs!) Their response back was getting longer and longer. Often more than a week for a simple 2 second animation (some raindrops). Plus, they repeated errors that were corrected in previous cuts.
At the end, when the video was almost finished, they just did not return any calls or emails. They also never started the second video I had paid for, nor did they do any work on my website.
My CC company cannot help either as the payment was more than 90 days ago.
My advice, DO not let them upsell you unless you are happy with their original work they promised. Give them a time frame to work in (under 90 days!)
BETTER YET - FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

I hired the company to carry out SEO Management and logo designing for me, and I am glad that it was a wise decision. The company charged me accordingly for the combined project and also provided me thorough updates. I also received the logo designs and my request for revisions to the design were also catered.

Designer was on his own planet; very basic work done but not on target with the very specific requests. After trying to explain the problems (twice) the response was very slow, lacking detail and wrong. Finally after expressing more frustration and reasons why we weren't getting things right... silence.

I first started talking with Craig Anderson of LogoViz on May 30,2018. He told me he would be my personal product manger and he would be looking after my account and that the video would be completed in a maximum of 3 weeks after telling him I need it by the end of June. He quoted me one price for the explainer video I was interested in and then a week later asked me for more money After 2 months and one week I still did not get my explainer video only a few child like amateurish pictures which was supposed to be content for my video. After asking for a refund 3 times I eventually got my Bank and credit card company involved and asked if they could help me in getting my money back with a charge back. After speaking with a James Goodman in the billing department I managed to get my money back August 6.2018. This company wasted my time and I have lost all confidence in this industry.
I would give them no stars if I could. Take my advice stay away.

If I could use a zero star, I would. I asked for an exact duplicate of my webstite, and they assured me it was very simple and could be done in a few days. I gave them my site address, and the coordinator said no problem, it will be done exactly like this on word press, which is who I use now. They only completed a fraction of the site, and it's not even in the same world as far as functionality and looks. I'm trying to speak with management, and this juvenile team that I'm working with thinks its funny to keep bouncing me around to different people on the floor. They said they don't have a manager. I wanted to know who this particular guys manager is, and he said " he forgot his name". I asked for the CEO's name, and they said there is no CEO and no owners. This is a joke. Don't even consider wasting your time, and if you do, good luck with that.

My experience with Logo Viz has been wonderful so far. The team consists of extremely creative individuals who take your concerns into consideration to create a design that is simply outstanding. Efficient and on-time delivery of content.

Fed up of this company bombarding me with spam emails despite being removed' from their email list. Receive them everyday even though I've been told I'll be removed from their list

1. Logo-Viz gained our business by committing fraud. They stole a GoDaddy logo and included it in their solicitation so that I assumed they were authorized by the respected website development company, GoDaddy. They were not._____________________________
2. Logo-Viz offers a full money back guarantee. I am exercising this promise and asking for a full refund. They have refused to honor their money back guarantee. The work they did was absolutely worthless and all work had to be re-done by a competent company.

3. No Benefit of Prior Work. Logo-Viz delivered absolutely NO VIABLE WORK. Their faulty and inoperative efforts had to be discarded costing us long delays. I was explicit in explaining the website requirements with salesperson, Lisa Patrick, who promised it could all be done. She was only interested in the sale and Logo-Viz did not and does not have the expertise to build what is needed.

I then had to re-explain everything to Fred Wilson who assured me that they could build the site. What they did over seven months was simply throw some boilerplate verbiage onto a template that could not operate an educational program.____________________________
4. Logo-Viz took more monies that are not included in this dispute. They also took substantial dollars for an internet certificate and they took $599 for a sales page which also has been scrapped and had to be rebuilt. I gave them a viable sales page and they only made it worse. They changed verbiage Id provided to include massively incorrect grammar, changed and misspelled words, lost important text, and overall poor graphic design.

I'm now filing with the Texas Attorney General's Office as I told them I would unless they honored their refund policy. Such a miserable experience of incompetent money-grabbers.
