Ordered what I thought was a real Longchamp messenger bag. $75.00. Received it within a week. Bag had a tear on the side. When I asked the company what I should do in returning it, there was a song and dance of the expense of the return (I'd nee to pay for it) and I'd only get half of the payment. It gets better... they offered me a 5% discount if I ordered another bag. Now tht was just a slap in the face. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Longchamp-paris.net

This site has taken my money they refuse to resent the package because they want me to pay more for shipping 20$ since the first package they sent was wrong and didn't had a name on it so it was sent back to China by my local post.
This was not a Fault on my side, I have given them Full correct address and name and still it turn out that the package only got the address written but not the name. When I ask for refund they want to give only 50% and before that they even want to refund me much less. Please help me take my money back or please take down this site in order to help other people to be scam by this site.
