“After placing your order, they instantly charge your...”

After placing your order, they instantly charge your card and email you saying thanks for your order but with no information at all and your card will be charged from Superbalife International which by the way is the main company that also sells other supplements. I did not receive an invoice so calling up customer service to talk to a complete dunce who tells me it takes 48hrs for it to process and you will get it then. But when I ask, well why was my credit card charged already?, he said ok I will send the invoice. I had to call back 3hrs later and ask again. He then tells me I forwarded it to our email department (total bull$#*!) and I should get it soon. Take in mind the company for longinexx is located in London but you get charged and supposedly shipped from CA. I tried calling SALES over the weekend because customer is closed and guess what, EVEN WORSE customer service. I was cut off and told to call on Monday, laughed at, and then hung up on. You got to be kidding me... So at this point, BBB, Yelp, ripoffreport will be getting bad reviews from me. Worse case I will need to file with BBB and my CC company for fraud.
