This company is a scam. They price flights super cheap, once you book your flights someone calls from their home (kids screaming background) and tell that there's a problem with the reservation. I received a call at 3am, 5,7 and 50 emails asking for a lot more money to complete reservation. I had a flight booked and needed to change my return date to attend my function. Robert was my operator and was amazing at helping me and made to change with minimal fees applied. He is my hero in this booking. I am so happy that I chose this company to book through as Robert said that the booking has made us family and we always do our best for family. Super happy with the overall interaction and the transaction.

I've been booking with this company for a few years just because it's the cheapest usually and everytime I book a flight they call me back within minutes and say the booking I chose online isn't available and try to offer me something that cost hundreds more to scam me into more money and I have to argue with them every time just to the original flight I chose online

Very good on my part to call agent after making a booking, I made errors that could have caused my extra dollars

After booking and making payment, I received a call about fare increase and had to pay a third more than what was advertised. I complained that this seemed like a bait and switch and I was not pleased at all. I complied as I needed to ensure my family was booked for flight. They however were quite responsive to my complaint and apologized. I was granted a refund of the additional charge along with a further discount. I appreciate that every effort was made to address the matter and ensure my experience with them was not a negative one in the end. Great customer service

Great offer. First time booking with this website. Hope all goes smoothly. Keeping my fingers crossed. Will update after my flight.
I booked 2 plane tickets for a low fare. I received a phone call about an hour later saying that the price went up and I have to pay the difference which was approximately 200 more. While I was on the phone I checked out Expedia which was only 100 more. When I told the agent that, they miraculously gave me the tickets at expedias price. I got a call from a customer device rep and the ended up giving me a 50 dollar credit. Thats a great way to satisfy a customer. I am very please with the service!
