My wife ordered 2 chunky wool/acrylic dyed blankets as Christmas presents. The received product was poorly woven yarn, 99% acrylic, and was painted. The company would only issue refunds for products returned to China at our expense and made several false claims about their posted refund policy. Scam!

Should have googled for the reviews before ordering there... I ordered a white blanket and got a black one. Shipment took 2,5 months. When I asked for the details to return the blanket, the return address the emailed me was:

What a lousy company and lousy support... Not to mention the quality of the blanket. It has NOTHING to do with wool. So pure scam!

I ordered a throw it is so small it can't cover my feet. Just a joke emailed them to not send it to me after reading reviews and nothing no reply finally called my credit card company and said it took too long to arrive and is a joke and won't return emails. They gave me my money back and then i received it in the mail and it is a joke noting like the picture and its small and a toddler could of knitted a better throw... Stay Away bbb needs to shut them down.

My boyfriend ordered a blanket for his mother and I for christmas from some Facebook ads (why they are promoting this scam is pretty concerning to say the least) we just received them now - 3 months later (only because we harassed them with 5+ emails) They had terrible customer service kept saying the packages were in the "Air" for 2 months therefore untrackable, which is just a bold faced lie. Once we finally received them they were made out of shredded fuzzy material that is a different color- not chunky yarn like described on the website. They aren't really useable as you get fuzzy's in your eyes - nose etc. and all over your clothing if you even touch them - on the plus side my dog likes the blanket so I gave it to her. Don't waste you time with this scam.

Never received the order, fake tracking numbers, bs and late responses... flagged it with my credit card and got my money back. Coincidentally my card was hacked the next day and used for an amazon seller account... maybe thats just a coincidence, but if you ordered you might want to replace the card you used...

This website is a scam. Stay far far away. You will never receive your order or even a reply. A the reviews on their website are fake.

I ordered a so called chunky blanket from this site for $50. It appeared to be made in Europe per the website (evidently the items are made in China or South Korea). It took a month to get here and low and behold it was the size of a place mat. Who in their right mind would want to pay that amount for a placemat (19"x23")? I am glad that I used PayPal for the purchase as I will be filing a claim today for a full refund through their purchase protection policy. I will never be ordering items from sites that are not common household names or available on Amazon! Again, do not order from this company!

I too have had a horrific experience with this company. I ordered 1 large beige chunky blanket in November for a Christmas gift. Received a PINK blanket on Jan. 23rd after I consistently emailed them trying to get a status on the shipment. Minutes after receiving the wrong color blanket, I emailed the company who assured me they were shipping another one. Well, here we are - March 18th and still nothing. Still haunting them with emails with no responses. I emailed them requesting a full refund due to this poor experience and they actually replied - ASKED ME TO RETURN THE WRONG BLANKET TO CHINA, PAY FOR THE RETURN, AND THEN THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY UPON RECEIPT OF THE BLANKET - absolutely not! I am going to blanket every site possible with bad reviews so no one else has to go through this! DO NOT BUY FROM LOOSELY!

Ordered a chunky knitted blanket and the web site said it would be delivered Dec 18 - Dec 22. For a Christmas present. Sent email on Dec 22nd when I didn't get the blanket. I received an automated email back the same day that said, "Our customer service is very busy at the moment and we are working very hard in order to reply to all of you! We aim to respond within 24 hours (it might take a bit longer though)." They responded on January 2nd (10 days later telling me the shipment was in process. I received the order on January 10th.
