“Lootbear has the worst customer service in the history of internet.”

Probably one of the worst experience dealing with their customer rep Julia. Wasted a lot of my time signing up, kyc verification, and weeks of waiting for reply. When you ask her a question about your account, she answers your questions without checking your account first. Also did not get full trial. Buddy sent me referral and neither of us got the bonus. I tried to give them another shot, and just more disappointed.

When you ask her a question about your account, she answers your questions without checking your account first. Also did not get full trial. Buddy sent me referral and neither of us got the bonus. I tried to give them another shot, and just more disappointed.

Tip for consumers:
The kyc verification alone will take you maybe a week to finish. If you have time to waste waiting days for a single customer rep reply then go right ahead. Julia from their website is the worst customer service i've ever dealt with in my life.

It functions well with renting skins and whatever, but when it comes to actually paying you, it's $#*!.
They give you an ETA for about one week after your initial request for a payout. You would think that's a long enough waiting time, right? Oh, No!
You also get a message that says: "Payouts may be delayed. We are experiencing a significant increase in volume. Sorry for the inconvenience."
Personally, I've been waiting 1 month over the ETA but I've read about people who have waited for more than 4 months.
I hope that makes you reconsider if you really should try renting out skins on LootBear.

I decided to cash out parts of my Counter-Strike inventory using Lootbear, which seemed reputable and convenient. Since then, I've been waiting more than two months to receive my money and there's still nothing. Absolutely disgusting.

While the experience of depositing skins for cash out has been really easy (obviously), the payout process is a different ball game altogether.

I had requested 2 payouts on 14th June and 15th June respectively. They had an ETA of 28th June and 29th June respectively.

However, the same has not even been dispatched yet (9th July). The payout status still shows as pending.

Until the ETA arrived, there was no sign of delay in the website. However, as the dates arrived, the following message arrived as well - "Payouts may be delayed. We are experiencing a significant increase in volume. Sorry for the inconvenience."

What's even more disheartening is the lack of support staff and the ACTUAL support is just too poor.

I request you all to stay away from this website and not face the issues that I am currently facing.

PS - Just to waste your time and to buy some for their own evil good, they'll ask nonsensical questions like

"Hey, what is the email address for your lootbear account"

If you're a support staff, this is the basic information that you need to have. I have logged in the website with the same email ID. It is an obvious delaying tactic and I extremely loathe such behavior.

Shame on you, Lootbear. Shame on you.
