I have been using these products from Miss Cindy. She is so sweet, has excellent products that arrive quickly. I am a loyal customer for almost a year now. Would highly recommend.

I ordered 4 bottles of lotion and they all were FAKE so disappointed but I should've known better for the price they were! Will never order from them again... NEVER!

So as Yes I got the package I noticed when I opened it the lotion the bottom of the package. Then I went to look for the receipt where I bought the lotion never received the receipt and I and I can't get anybody to contact me back. From this company

Cindy is so nice and responsive when asking questions over email! At first I was skeptical of her website due to the crazy low prices she asks for her products. I emailed her asking if she could verify that she was a credible business and I asked for some free samples! She responded quickly and professionally to reassure me that she is a credible business and she would be sure to send me extra sample packets through the email! I bought Hawaiian Black Honey and Hemp BB facial bronzer & both are real products! I received both packets as well as 5 free sample packets & 9 playboy bunny tanning stickers! Also- the products were delivered SO FAST! 3 days max. The only downside to the packaging was that there is tape on the caps (probably to keep them secured) that left tape residue on the top part of both my bottles. Other than that- Definitely will be my go to business for a long time! Thank you Cindy

On December 16,2014, I received my order and immediately e-mailed Cindy Walker (*******@lotions2go.com) regarding the fake lotion inside the bottles. I observed that the packaging material seemed to be slightly different than the original product that I had purchase in the past, but it was the smell which gave it away as fake. It smelled like Vanilla lotion by St. Ives, with a hint of the original Forever After lotion. I feel like it had been diluted. Cindy said that she got her product from the manufacturer. I contacted Australian Gold to verify, as detailed below:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us! We have not changed the Forever After formula. New Sunshine Lotions, specifically Australian Gold, Caribbean Gold, Swedish Beauty, Designer Skin and California Tan, are "salon only" products that require onsite tanning be available, and education of the tanner to choose the proper lotion for their skin type and desired results. We do not allow our lotions to be sold on the Internet. We cannot guarantee the authenticity nor are we responsible for any issues pertaining to Internet based purchases. The best and safest place to purchase our lotions is through a licensed indoor tanning salon.

Hello! I recently bought a 6-pack of Forever After lotion from an online retailer. I have been using Forever After for years, thus buy in bulk. My previous lotion bottle was from 2006, according to the copyright on the bottle. The new bottles I received are 2013... and I am most displeased!
Although there is a faint hint of the previous fragrance, it is dominated by a different, chemical vanilla smell that I find disgusting! I contacted the seller, believing that the lotions have been tampered with. I just wanted to ask if you have changed the original Forever After formula?

I was told by Cindy Walker that she would not absorb the shipping fees. Unfortunately, with shipping having been $33.27 originally, when doubled, it would exceed the cost of the bulk lotions. I have not returned it at this point, as I am not interested in a partial refund of approximately twenty dollars (to have lost sixty on nothing!) and have the bottles in the box they arrived in. Family have verified that the smell is different, and awful.

SUBMITTED DESIRED RESOLUTION:
I would like to be refunded for partial shipping (as I did order the tanning glasses, and samples, I understand that I should be responsible for that shipping) and for the 6 lotions, and have return shipping of the lotions covered at the expense of the supplier.

I would agree to have that amount deducted from $33.26 from the shipping refund. It is still the most expensive shipping ever -- and I would never have ordered from the site for those items, without the discounted price of the product (which I understand now is because it's fake!) -- but I have used them and it is only fair. I do not want to scam anyone, I just don't want to be scammed.

Thank you! Customer did not rcv fake product we only sell authentic fresh products, that is an absurd accusation. She ordered several packets, and took over 25 free sample packets, our site specially states 2 free packets with an ordered placed. She has been refunded partial ship fees of $10. Also during this time she was notified " thank you I apologize for the delayed shipment. My mom came to visit a month ago, took ill after 1 week of being here,
Went into a coma on 3/8 and passed away 3/15 and just laid her to rest. Your patience and understanding is so greatly appreciated. "

It is not an absurd accusation. I have had others verify the smell against the original -- it is quite different (and unpleasant). Australian Gold has stated they do not allow their product to be sold online, so it is possible that Cindy's source is giving her fake product and she is not aware.

I had not seen that free packets were limited, and had added 11 free sample packets to my cart. There were no limitations to the cart, and the seller continued with the order. Eleven, not over twenty-five. Below is the receipt:

I wonder if the seller is confusing me with another complaint? Which has me worried that being accused of fake products is a lot more common place. I have not been refunded any shipping amount. Please see "desired resolution". Speed of shipping was not an issue. In fact, it was shipped next day, on November 29th. I was not notified of any deaths in the family, and although I pass on my condolences, it has nothing to do with my issue.

NOTES:
I am hoping this is resolved. The owner has not been helpful, or, in my opinion, professional. The product was most certainly fake, or diluted with fake product. What a headache. :(

I have ordered from this company for several years. On the rare occasions that there was a problem, they always fixed it. I will continue to order from them.

I ordered 2 bottles of Devoted Creatation Believe in Pink tsnny lotion. It has been mixed with something to give it a lighter color. It is not as dark as the real thing. It took forever for me to receive it also. I will never buy from this company again.

Most of them come in variety pack or travel size packs but all of them smell alike and they provide a smooth feeling when obviously using them...however they do seem to run a bit oily
