Currently disputing an almost 300$ charge cause they never sent me a tracking number or anything. I see other people receive their low quality items however I didn't even get that far. Only an email to contact them they just resend a generic email with no help pertaining to the issue. EXTREMELY IRRITATING. Do not order from them They Will Rip You Off.

Do not waste any of your time or money in buying from this company. They display high end clothing on their website then send you extremely cheap knockoff items. Once you receive their items, if you complain, they make it extremely difficult for you to get your money back. Please ensure that everyone you know, never buys from this company ever again or they will be disappointed.
They collected my money month ago no delivery no response. I gave them zero, This oversea company with skills of stealing people money shouldn't be supported.
If they had -100 stars that's what I would give them. Ordered black shorts & shirt XXL. I got dark gray med. Their no hassle return is bs. I had to send pics to show how small. They said sizing is a bit off but they sent the right size. Will only give me full refund if I pay shipping. Now I have to settle for half of what I paid.

They sent me something totally different from what I ordered (I ordered a business suit and they sent me a shirt). They refused to give a refund. I believe it is a scam clothing company

Lotoak sent me the wrong shirt then ignored my email (and proof of correct item) about what to do to get a refund. I think they are one of these fradulant clothing companies you see a lot on Instagram which is where I found them. I was suspicious from the beginning but gave them the benefit of the doubt since I couldn't find any online reviews, thus I'm doing one to warn others. Had to reverse the charges on them through my credit card. Definitely do not pay with their Paypal option since you'll have no protection against this type situation.
