I purchase two items from Louie lighting items 91021 and 91014. They arrive on time they were packed extremely well and they look absolutely beautiful in my dining room. The customer service was great and I'd advise anyone if you're looking for items sold at this company I strongly suggest you purchase it from them. The photos are exact replicas of the products they sell. If you like the photo you will definitely like the the items that you purchased.

I phoned because there were other models of remote controls listed for our ceiling fan. The person I spoke to had absolutely no knowledge of the product and in fact told me that Modern Fan Company is not a company! Eventually despite her I figured out what I needed. How frustrating to call (live chat was not available), wait and then speak to an incompetent person.

I purchase two items from Louie lighting items ******* and *******. They arrive on time they were packed extremely well and they look absolutely beautiful in my dining room. The customer service was great and I'd advise anyone if you're looking for items sold at this company I strongly suggest you purchase it from them. The photos are exact replicas of the products they sell. If you like the photo you will definitely like the the items that you purchased.

Purchased hanging warehouse light. Received light without wire guard. Contacted them and they advised that it was not included even though it is shown in their display picture. Advised it was an additional $30. When I advised customer service representative that the wire guard is listed as a included part in the instructions for the assembly and installation of the light, she advised that she didn't print the instruction. Deceptive advertising and absolutely no customer service. BEWARE this company...

Horrible customer service, cannot reach anyone they will not contact you back when there is an issue with an order. I ordered two lights paying over $425.00. I only received one light from my order, not the two I ordered.
I had to return the one I received as it was too small for my space. I returned it as directed per the website, with tracking, but have no refund, or exchange for the item. The other light was never delivered. No one will contact me and when you call them, it is only a recording saying go to website when you call them. I have sent multiple emails asking for someone to please contact me about this, no reply.
Now since I had to return the smaller one light I received I have no lights and am out the money. Like $450.00.

I have witnesses only 1 light was delivered originally, as they go to an office to accept all packages.
I just want my lights I paid for. The correct ones. I did need to exchange the smaller one but cnat even get anyone to help with it.
If someone will contact me and correct my order from Louie Lighting I will revise the review. But so far horrible company to deal with - stay away!

While other companies provide pre-paid return labels, Louie Lighting does not. The cost to return two (2) light fixtures to the vendor came to $28.80.

Ordered outdoor fans that were complete garbage. The wobbled and didn't blow air. Called to return them and was told SORRY, you opened the box. What? Of coarse I did how else could I find out if it worked or not. Lol. They told me I was basically beat and would not give me a refund when I returned them. I then called the manufacturer and told them the story. They had no clue who Louie lighting even was but told me they would refund them so they could then refund me. Called Louie lighting back again and explained this to them and they wanted to confirm this themselves. So I had to wait for them to have a conversation. The Louie rep came back and said ok we will cut you a check and send it out. That was almost 2 months ago. Every time I call they tell me the same crap. Check is in the mail! They owe me over $500 and are taking their dear old time sending it. If you are reading this. DONT BUY FROM THEM. God forbid you want to return your defective unit.

Ordered matching light fixtures, received one completely wrong light.
Attempted numerous times to reach Sales Department.
1st attempt: "we are sorry, although our store is open, our sale department is not accepting calls, please use "Waiting" as a coupon code to receive 20% off your purchase"

2nd attempt next day: "We're sorry but we are in a meeting and cannot get to phones, please leave a name and number and we will get back to you, in the meantime please use coupon code "Waiting" for a 20% off discount.

3rd attempt: We are sorry but we are currently closed but please use coupon code "nitetime" to receive a 20% off online purchases

Email: Thank you for reaching out, We received your request. Please allow 24 hours for processing (Mon-Fri). We'll follow-up with you via email if there are any questions or issues.
