DO NOT order from this site! Flowers sent out for a friends birthday were 5 days late. When they did finally arrive the 'bouquet' consisted of just SIX flowers, despite supposedly being a deluxe bunch & paying extra on top for 50% more flowers, plus next day delivery. Customer service was what I can only describe as ridiculous. Sent me a clearly copied & pasted email that they send to all their complaints, stating my photo of what was received had been 'checked by the senior florist and was correct' out to me twice, not acknowledging any of my q's or concerns. Then asked for me to return the flowers in the same condition as delivered in the original box if I wanted a refund - seriously...flowers! I had not even requested a refund, just for the correct bunch of flowers to be re-delivered to my friend that looked like what was advertised/paid for. I have now reported the transaction to my bank who are re-claiming the payment from them & I would suggest everyone else do the same as they should not be allowed to get away with scamming people like this. I included a print out of the multiple other complaints on here of the same nature against them as support to my claim! I only wish I had seen them all prior to placing an order with this joke of a company. The 5* reviews are obviously fake & being posted by themselves to try & hide all the negatives! I would refer to them as a 'bunch of cowboys', but I think that would be offensive to cowboys to be honest...their customer service, let alone supply is that shocking! Have reported to Trading Standards in addition in hope no other potential customer has to experience the same.

They took my money on Wednesday 12/02/2020 advertising that my delivery for Valentines will be delivered on Friday 14/02/2020. They have lied and lied you cannot get through their phone line as it is constantly engaged. They took over £40 pounds for the gift of flowers etc and now my wife has no Valentine gift. This company is a sham and scam. They need to refund my money back and they should stop advertising false promises.

Recently ordered some flowers from flora world! Ordered based on an app pictures!
Very disappointed about amount and look of flowers!
Absolutely joke and even payed extra £5-6 for next day delivery, but unfortunately the item arrived with delay, 2 days later!

Originally flowers cost £45, they discontinued them to £14,99 + £5,99 delivery! Have a look for the picture of arrived flowers please and avoid this company please!

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Absolutely awful. Paid for them to be delivered on or before Mother's Day for them to arrive nearly a week late. Mother in law lives 150 miles away. Flowers broken and half dead, paid extra for a bigger bunch and lucky to have 4 stems of flowers. Would never order again and would avoid at all cost. The worst customer service known, emails sent, voicemails and calls and had nothing in return at all! Waste of money!

I am disgusted with service. Flowers I ordered for delivery on 8th april arrived today obviously dead.
All I want is a refund! I purchased elsewhere which delivered beautiful flowers on time.

Flowers arrived to our friends today instead of Thursday and looked half dead, also not what I ordered. I understand it's hard at the moment but if you can't deliver the service don't say you can, people would prefer to be told the truth and not waste their money at this time.

I ordered the flowers on the 10/04/2020 for delivery on the 17/04/2020 for a friends birthday. I tried calling them and emailing. Phone is just constantly engaged and you have to wait 1-3 days for a reply to your email.

There is no point delivering birthday flowers 3 days late which is why I ordered a week in advance. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. Lets see if they are any better at this than actually supplying flowers.

There is no excuse for such shoddy service in current times. If they can't keep up with demand then they shouldn't take the orders.

Orderem flower cała obiad week alter, flower not fresh, wilted flowers ( looks on roses!) didn't look like the picture at al Flowers completely didn't look like the picture when I ordered.

Flowers didn't arrive on designated day. I was initially livid. Read some not so good reviews, saw some disappointing photos. Messaged my aunt to say her surprise flowers were late and to expect the worse after the bad reviews. They arrived a day late and thankfully they looked lovely in her vase.

I ordered flowers on September 26, they arrived after a week, I emailed twice what was happening because the flowers were supposed to be delivered the next day, I received a reply that the flowers were coming by royal mail and I had to wait 2 business days even though they were supposed to be delivered the next day. After a week, the flowers ended up in the trash, they were no longer suitable for anything. After writing an e-mail to lovely flora world, I did not receive any response. They don't give a damn about their customers. Never order!

Ordered some flowers for my friend for her birthday. The flowers that arrived was nothing like the flowers in the picture that I ordered. So I wasnt told before hand they had no gypsphinia to put in my order. They arrived with 3 dead headed flower some of the carnations was brown arround the edge. There was no water or anything in the box to keep the flowers alive. They was bone dry. Please see pictures of what I ordered to what I recieved. Both myself who bought the flowers and my friend are disgusted with them. All as I have been told is that they are the same as you ordered. When you put them in a vase they will look nice. OH I dont think so!. The first picture is off the website to which I thought I was getting sent to my friend for her birthday the other pictures are what she recieved.

Avoid it they're not professional. I order for my sister pink roses guess what they send red an white roses and not fresh see the pictures. When i contacted them they never answer and them phone never works.

I have now ordered 4 times with this company, very happy with the flowers, they were all lovely.
I also made a mistake on my delivery address and their customer service was brilliant
Would definitely recommend

Delivery not turned up, no communication and charged. Avoid at all cost. Ruined my mom's birthday. Tried to get in contact with them, no contact in return. Total waste of time and money. Pay more somewhere else its definitely worth it

I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before mothers day. They arrived the following Wednesday. Most were dead or broken. Paid extra for a bouquet 50% larger but the bouquet was even smaller than the one pictured. They say free delivery but then charge you £4.95 for insurance. Absolute rip off all round. I ended up paying £20 + for a bunch of dead flowers that would have cost £2.49 from a supermarket. Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered flower to arrive on the 20th April No sign of them yet I want them for a friend in her last few days of life as her battle against cancer is near an end. How very very very upset I am that they have not been delivered for her to enjoy. Emailed and no reply No not use this company

Flowers arrived very late despite saying will be delivered for mothers day. Card is awfully written, printed off a computer as a sticker and stuck hap-hazardly-no care. And was also bent. Flowers themselves were battered, about 4 nice ones... One had no head altogether which is significant as they were the large daisies so very noticeable!

They sell sub standard low quality and poor flowers with decaying and broken stems. If you try and complain they fob you off and won't answer their 'phones. Please avoid. I suspect they are just interested in the money with no respect for quality or decency and honesty.

Sent wrong flowers so I asked for a replacement. They said there was nothing wrong with the flowers. I sent them photos to compare the image on their website with what was received then they blocked my email address! Very disappointed in this company and won't be using them again. Photo on left is what was ordered and photo on right is what was received.
