Ordered off Facebook and never received item (Shoes) Several attempts to contact. Zero response! It says shipped with No verification.

Ordered my "game system" and was pretty excited for it to come. Even more excited when I got the email claiming it was on its way. Well... it's been a year and I haven't gotten said game system, a refund or even an email back explaining anything. Ha! Keep the $30 if you're so desperate to scam people like this. I would give it a 0 but that's not even existent like their customer service email anymore apparently.

Order a game system from these last year. Kept in touch by email and kept getting told it was on its way. After 3 months they just stopped responding. Still havent heard anything. Stay away from them.

I ordered an item, paid for it and still haven't received it 3 months later. I've emailed 4 times about it and gotten absolutely no response. Started looking online for another way to contact them, and have learned that there are A LOT more people with the same issue. Do not order from them unless you're willing to lose your money

After 6 months, still waiting... no answers to my requests, no deliveries... but of course they had the payment...

It's been over a year, I haven't got a reply back from them. Ive complained numerous times and I still am... They kept my money! They kept the "item" (if they really do sale stuff!) And they do not reply back. Save your money. They are peices of $#*!! They scam you for your money! STAY AWAYYY

I paid US $80 on January and my purchase have not arrive yet. I've been sending e mails looking for a solid answer and they keep sending the same message

"Your package was shipped already and is on its way, do not worry. We will make sure to get it to your house as soon as possible but unfortunately, right at the moment, we are not able to give you the tracking number due to an excessive amount of orders we were not able to connect tracking numbers to every single package. Sometimes the package will take 1-2 months to deliver since we have been fulfilling them directly from our manufacturer overseas. Please be patient for your item to arrive."... 1 to 2 months? Its going to be 4 months since my purchase and I don hav my product or my money back!

Ordered from them in January 2018 and still nothing. I emailed loads of times and the answer I would get is "Be patient!". Are you serious?! Not only that but, now when I email the support team, their server tells me they don't exist.

Placed my order back on February 25 2018. I paid for it and have still not received it. Contacted them several times. Now I see there Facebook page is no longer up and I get no response to my emails. Any ideas how to get my money back?

We never recieved our game system, credit card company refunded after 6 months. They used to claim tgey were in Ohio, but the company was registered in Delaware US... now I see a Toronto number. STAY AWAY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
