I bought a skirt that is poorly made, fabric is so cheap it's see through and the sizing seems whacky as it is too small to even close. This item was not cheap, I paid $59+ AUD so I did not realise it would be so bad. I wish I had seen these reviews first. I usually check first but I didn't. Beware, do not get sucked in by the photos, what you see is not what you get.

I online shop A LOT. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The website makes it appear that the clothing is coming from the US, but it was shipping from China. I ordered in April 2020, told my items would ship in days, and it took over 3 months for it to even leave China. It is mid-July and I still have only received one of the five items I've ordered. I emailed twice to ask for a refund, and no one even replies. Quality is also terrible. I would highly advise to not purchase from this company.

I shopped twice with them and the second time round i bought a size M that turned out to be small, contact the customer service and told them off badly about it, they got back to me quick and offered an exchange or return for store credit, i wanted to leave a bad review here but seeing that they at least had decent service, i gave them a fair review, I would buy here again if they have something good up for sale. BTW, their return was to USA and i got my credit in 6 days.

Wow, I'm so surprised to read all the negative reviews on here! I have never had any issues with this website that would warrant me giving them anything less than a five. I really love their clothes. I'm noticing the reviews on here tend to focus on items that were damaged, or mistakes made by customer service reps that are out of their control, and in all of the reviews I've seen here, the customers got their money back or were compensated in some way! Don't let the reviews scare you, if you ever encounter any issues with them, do contact their customer service!

This company is clearly outside of the U.S. and has multiple hidden fees. In tiny print their shipping policy states that it could take up to 30 days to get an item. I tried cancelling and was told I would get charged a 15% cancellation fee. There is no phone number on their site so I had no choice but to communicate via email which took more than 24 hours to receive a response. I then saw that I was charged an International Transaction fee of $4 also. Long story short. SCAM don't waste your time.

The item I ordered was absolutely lovely, but the measurements weren't as described. Tried and tried and tried to contact via many phone calls and many emails to exchange for the next size up. Absolutely NO response. I will never order from this company again.

I do ALL my shopping online and have NEVER had a worse experience than with this company. Ordered an $80.00 dress on August 28th, said it would ship in 3-5 business days. And then... nothing, silence. They have no customer service number, I've emailed SEVERAL times with no response, no updates on shipping. It is now 6 weeks later. Disputing this charge on my CC. STAY AWAY.

Terrible service, shipping takes an eternity, communication is slow, products are cheap and poorly made. Items look nothing like the photos. I wanted to return all 4 items, but shipping back to China was going to be $25 so I just kept them. They offered a partial (20%) refund for keeping the items rather than returning, but after many emails back and forth over weeks, I finally got about a 12% refund. Didn't waste any more time fighting it. Don't recommend at all.

6 out of 7 items Ive purchased was perfect, except for one which has a small hole near the armpit, i had a returned and exchanged with no problem

I ordered a blouse that I never received. Tracking showed that it was sent without a street address. Who does that? How do you send a package without a street address? I've contacted them several different ways to try to get a refund and they've completely stopped responding. Worst online ordering experience EVER. DO NOT order anything from this company!

Cheap material, loose seams crooked seams. Very disappointed. Filing dispute with PayPal for full refund. With photos. Product not what they advertise. They need to be removed from Facebook immediately. Learned my lesson not to buy of Facebook ads and always check reviews first. Consider thus purchase Stupid Tax on my part.

I ordered a sweater and top and they were significantly different from the photos on the website ie shoulder openings and sleeve and shirt length proportions were all much smaller then pictured.
Shipping takes forever and is coming directly from China so any return shipping for a refund is not worth it. And my inquiry to get a refund included pictures as the customer service requested but was still denied despite the obvious differences in the styling of the products I received from what was presented on the website. Do not order from this company! Complete waste of money

While a few of the 7 items I ordered are decent, the rest are cheap with strings hanging from them, seams not straight etc. When I contacted company to return, they send you an address in Singapore and expect you to return to that address which for my 230.00 worth of clothes it would be over 100.00 to ship back to them. Their website states they are in Oregon but they don't offer a US return location? Very sketchy, very misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

No problems with my orders so far, but some ladies seems to be facing problems on return. I have yet to try returning items purchased though, I had luck on items ordered I suppose, they came quickly from los angeles

Never told this item would come from Singapore. Terrible quality, wanted to return. Got return info, costs $28 to return and item was $32. Would not give me a USA address to return to. Stuck with the charge and dress went into the garbage! Filing a report with Better Business Bureau and alerting all my friends and Face Book and Instagram.

I received in the mail the most disgusting, fitlthy and satined dress. First they said I should wash it, as if it was responsibility to send out clean clothes. They REFUSED to provide and customer service and wanted me to pay to ship it back then pay for additional shipping to get it back. I would NEVER buy a thing from then again. They are scary artists with ZERO integrity. Now Ive paid for a disgusting rag, they should be shuttered or investigated.

I've ordered thrice and didn't had any issues with delivery, my Christmas purchase came just a few days in advance.

The items that I received were not what I ordered. The quality was cheap and the fabric, as well as the color, was not the same as what was shown in the picture

Made the mistake of ordering from a Facebook ad through Shopbop. Clothes not as shown, cheap and poor fit. Returned to address on receipt but its not the address of the company. Finally contacted them via email & got runaround. Crooks. Avoid them.

The material is poorly made with no tags. When I returned the clothing they said they only received one item and only gave partial credit. I had to open a claim with PayPal to get my full refund. DONT buy from this place its a scam!

I ordered a dress in early February and still have not received it in June. Sent multiple e-mails that went unanswered even after they delivered it to Conneticut. I live in Texas. They still have not responded to my 10 yes 10 e-mails about a refund or shipment of the dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM. Worst experience I have ever had. Complete scam.

Beware. I spent way to much money on cheap knock offs of pics. Clothes are cut differently and colors are off. Thin cheap fabric and horrible sewing. Just don't.
