I purchased a dress from LoveShackFancy.com for my son's wedding, and spent a lot of money. I tried it on when I received it and it seemed ok. Fast forward, closer to the wedding and did a retry - found a hole on the side that I never noticed. I sent them an email and a photo and they refused the return! Poor customer service and the quality is terrible. I will NEVER recommend them to any of my clients (I'm in the wedding industry) or to my friends!
The website is beautifully done... BUT... I recently wore a skirt from Loveshackfancy. The skirt was good quality, but nothing impressive. I was shocked to see the price! These items are nothing special to warrant the exorbitant price tag, which is why I didn't give them 5 stars. If they were prices appropriately they'd get 5 stars, but the value just isn't there. My opinion is: buy a whole new wardrobe for the same price and same quality elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
The resolution to this situation was not handled in a way that I think good customer service should be handled. In fact, I was not offered any resolution at all! I will NEVER purchase from LOVE SHACK FANCY ever again! Poor poor poor!
