Firstly. There are bugs that make you lose money in the dice. And if you have an issue, support simply gives you the runaround for days saying you have to talk to a dev who isn't online atm.

2) for accessing rain in chat you need to reach level4 even if you reach level for with the help of FAUCET, to access rain you must need to deposit the any crypto coin without minimum limit.
