Been a customer for 10+ years and have generally had OK experiences with Luckyscent - great selection, but slow order processing and shipping. But my most recent experience was downright insulting. I had the temerity to request that they re-ship an order that had been lost by their chosen courier. They proceeded to drag their feet and then imply that I was somehow the problem in this equation. I will be avoiding these inconsiderate goons in the future.

Have no idea what's in these vials. I have 12 samples they are all the same color. Ridiculous, just tell people these could be out of bottles in your bathroom. These could be subs for the real thing without the brand packaging. I've called Gritti and Tom Ford to see if this is how they give their samples. No one else does it this way. Wouldn't buy from them again.

While their products are authentic and lovely, it is VERY difficult to make purchases. They have major server issues. You have to refresh the page a million times and sign in over and over hoping that your order goes through. It takes me upwards of 20 minutes to get their broken website to work. Ridiculous.
They also process orders very slowly, and shipping sometimes takes weeks. One time I straight up forgot I ordered something because so much time passed before I received it. Luckyscent needs to get their sh-t together.

Prices are list prices. No discounts what's so ever, except their monthly specials. They are also very stingy on the samples. I ordered several very expensive fragrances and the site showed that I would get 6+ samples. I requested 7 samples, and they sent 6. What's the big deal to add an extra sample that I wanted? Also, their samples are ultra small, and it's not a spray sample.

I really wanted to love this company, however, beware they send fake fragrances. Not pleased at all. I can't even smell it after just a couple of seconds.

Bought two samples: one of Burlington 1819 by Roja Dove, and one of Tales from Zanzibar by Memoirs of a Perfume Collector. Both smell authentic and wonderful. I haven't found these niche fragrances anywhere else to try them. Shipped fast and without problems both times.

Luckyscent is one of the most respected niche retailers out there. I have purchased from them many times and have received literally hundreds of samples from them over the years. I find many of these reviews suspect. I have not received ONE "rancid" sample from Luckyscent EVER and someone claiming they received 30 rancid samples is just not being truthful. That's ridiculous. And they DO NOT sell fakes! Luckyscent is like the Neiman Marcus of niche perfume. It's like claiming NM sells fakes it just sounds silly. I feel like some of these reviews must be from a competitor trying to scare people away from their competition, I can't figure out any other reason for such outlandish comments. And no, I do not work for Luckyscent, I'm a long time customer. I started buying from them around 15 years ago.

As far as the samples, yes, they are dab ons, not sprays, and they are small (. 7 ml each) but this is clearly stated on the website along with photos. It's not their fault if someone doesn't read the info on their site. Also, their prices are much less than larger spray samples which is what many prefer. Some of their samples are only $4 while others charge $15 and that adds up. Luckyscent samples are for those who truly want to sample and not buy "decants".

I have had nothing but positive experiences and Franco has always been exceptional. Some people just can't be pleased.

Mr. Franco, when everyone said the same thing on reviews all over the internet, then maybe it's true no? HORRIBLE SERVICE, when they don't have already open bottles of product to send the requested samples, they simply cancel the order to a perfectly good shipping address, and give some lame excuse. Unheard of, as in 45 years this hasn't happened with any other company.

A freiend of mine made me a gift. He bought some perfums. Oh, that smell... Th edelivery was made on time, so I got it as planned on Christmas.

Will rip you off, send you a broken bottle, then make it your problem and not give any money back. You can spend thousands here and they simply don't care. Also fake perfumes. Take your money elsewhere that values and appreciates you.

Ive been using luckyscent for about 2 yrs. Because I am able to order samples first i can try out different perfume before ordering a full bottle. I have never been disappointed with my selections. Sometimes i am not so happy with the samples but thats why they provide them so you don't end up spending a lot of money on a particular perfume that may not agree with your body chemistry. I trust them to send out the real thing. BTW Amazon is the worst place to buy perfume. You never know what you are getting and most of the perfume is watered down

I've been searching for the perfume "Red Musc" by Mad et Len, but they were out so I chose "Blue in Musc", a fragrance I wasn't familiar with. I talked to the customer service and they were so polite, and understand during this COVID-19 crisis. I definitely support them.

I made a few purchases here, mostly for my girlfriend and mom. The delivery was made on time, and I also received some samples.

My husband bought me a fantastic fragrance called Divine. It was a Christmas gift. When I opened the package we found a broken bottle that had leaked though the packaging. We e mailed the company in December. Today is February 15 th. We still have not received a replacement or any sort of compensation. Will never purchase from this company again.

LuckyScent is excellent for buying perfumes. I am its regular customer and quality is best. Price is affordable. Smell is best. Collection is huge with wide variety. Happy customer. Recommended to friends.

Made my first purchase from this company last week and was highly pleased! Shipped fast and I love that they give you several free samples that you get to choose with your order! While the samples are small, they are FREE, so how can you really complain? Will be buying from them again in the future.

I tried a friends Delina she got from Nordstrom. Lasted days even after showers. Ordered sample from Lucky Scent and lasted 2 hours. Ordered from Nordstrom and it lasts at least a day or so. This has to be a knock off. Save yourself the trouble and pay full price from Nordstrom.

I ordered, for twelve dollars, plus shipping four dollarsm, a sample of the Lucky Scent Gardenia Two extremely tiny samples arrived, about the width of a number two pencil, if that. Of course slightly under an inch in size. You have probably seen them in department stores where a salesperson will hand you a miniscule sample to take home and try, containing enough of a few drops to give yourself a one time application. The price to get these pathetic tiny samples (2) was truly a cheap shot for the price. The Gardenia scent was just that, the smell of a Gardenia as it would be perceived with any other Walmart or Dollar Store. Pick-up-a-bottle of gardenia scented perfume. Not remotely special or potent and just an expected floral smell. There is a no return policy on samples, so you had best be aware of that as in reading the fine print. If you buy a sample pack (not inexpensive to purchase) you will get a slightly larger number of these miniscule sample bottles. I, personally, resent this expenditure. A sample this tiny should be sent to you for free to entice you to buy. I am not impressed nor am I pleased.

LuckyScent has always delivered when it comes to offering small sample sizes of niche fragrances especially ones that are not available in Canada. I don't mind their dab on samples since I hand decant them into sprayers which I do with a lot of samples I purchase from other companies as well (Etiket, ScentSplit, etc.). The prepackaged discovery sets are always full and packaged properly to avoid leakage compared to other companies like The Perfumery Barcelona (discovery kits arrived leaked and customer service was poor). Customer service at LuckyScent has always been quick and courteous, never any issues. The only complaint I have are the prices as a Canadian customer, but what can you do!

The bottles I've purchased are authentic and packed properly as well. I love the free samples offered with each purchase and I don't mind the extra shipping time it takes to pack everything! I'd rather have everything decanted and packaged properly then have samples or bottles arrive empty or broken. It's very kind of them to offer extra samples with purchase, even expensive ones, as other companies don't offer any or you have to purchase a sample if you want one included with your order.

Overall, I'm happy with the 5-6 orders I've made with LuckyScent so far and I hope to purchase more soon, if my wallet allows! :)

There are many varieties of scents in Luckysent. The essence was nice, at any other site we can't get that much. They also provide samples to try.

They're the real deal. The store is lovely and their staffs are extremely knowledgeable. They are legit and great. They have fair return policy.

Horrible fake perfume sold here. I cannot get the disgusting smell from my nose! I order a few scents that I know how they smell and each one of them had this fake, cheap scent.
