I ordered the dual lens dash cam, instead they shipped a single lens. I won't add pictures, they have done the same thing to other customers and have posted their pictures here. I contacted customer support,, They begged me to accept a 30% discount on my next purchase,, I told them they will never get my money again... This company sucks! Stay far away! Update: 24 hours later, Now they Offered a 50 % discount on my next purchase and begged me to accept it,, I have told them from the beginning I was not purchasing anything else from them... I followed up that 50 % discount offer with a email refusing their 50 % discount on my next purchase,,, They then responded that the 50 % offer is a refund and not a discount on a next purchase. I also advised them I was refusing a 50 % refund and that they can process a 100 % refund or to send the item I originally purchased,,, I responded by telling them to get a translator and pointed out they originally offered Discounts on future purchases,,,, I pointed out that they can't keep tract of what they are communicating... They have no clue what they are doing. This is all about the principal of the issue... These people don't get that their reputation is being harmed and will affect their bottom line. I intend to inform Facebook and PayPal about the shoddy underhanded business practice... Note " I have discovered that I am not the only one that has purchased a dual lens dash cam and they send out an inferior single lens dash cam... STAY AWAY STAY AWAY >>They are sneaky and underhanded!

I ordered a 2 lens dashcam and after waiting a considerably long time I received a single lens dashcam. Also there is a big difference in the value of the two items. Alex the CEO kept blaming Covid on the issue but it was just a long slow process to get answers and then ending up with a much inferior product. Chris.
Once again... I bought an Item the day after I bought the dash cam... Should of checked the reviews before giving them more money.
Bought the mini GPS tracker, Nowhere on the information did they state that a SIM card would be needed to have the GPS functional till now.
I guess they had too many complaints and decided to add "【PERSONAL GPS TRACKER】Our small tracking system requires a SIM card (not included because it depends on your region and country)"
They do not post the bad reviews on their site, so It's a good thing for Sitejabber to be present.

I purchased two bedspreads from this online retailer. There were 3 major problems I found with the products: 1) They are actually duvets, not bedspreads. This was not indicated in the product description and obviously a duvet is a completely different bedding product than a bedspread. 2) They are thinner than sheets - you can see your hand through them when holding them up. 3) They are sized incorrectly. The respective size comforter will not fit inside the duvet (i. E. queen size comforter will not fit inside the queen size duvet). After measuring them I found that they are about a foot shorter in width and length than the standard sizes of comforters. I have detailed all of these complaints to this company several times and asked for instructions to return them for a refund. Their first response was to ask for photos. After I submitted photos, their next response was offering a discount on my next purchase. Each time I responded asking for instructions to return the defective items and they are now ignoring my emails. They do not have a phone number available so that you can call and talk to a real person, only email. Now they do not even sell the duvets or any bedding on their website. They have a completely different set of products.

I believe this online retailer is a middle man - selling products for manufacturers in China or other countries. I don't believe they have even seen the some if not all of the products they are selling in person to know what the quality of the product is.

I read the comments here and the strange thing is I ordered what these other folks ordered a duel len's car cam and got a single lens it took 6 weeks to get to me only to be the wrong one I've sent emails and texted and no response the RIP people off stay away bad people

Do not buy any product from these criminals, I bought a 2-lens camera similar to the ones they publish, in short, it took 3 months for it to reach me and in the end I got a single-lens camera that cost 10.00 dollars, they are some thieves and scammers I do not recommend
What I Ordered 8x10 area "rug" by ORIAN and made in the US. It should look like a Jute back carpet.
What I received...
A so called rug that came folded in a 18x18 pkg. And appears to be like a silk screen of the rug ordered. Looks like it could be an oversized sink mat from the dollar store. Address is a vacant lot in CA and no legitimate response to many email complaints before or after it was received.
Now tons of emails for discounts on more crap from Luky Store and also 3 new email names Talents Acquisition, Monolowshop and Apanno... same CRAP same SCAM! Unless you have Elon's $$$ stay away, far far far away. Been working with CC Company for refund as they even took the $$ through a so called PayPal account that was NOT supposed to pay until shipped. Ha Ha Ha but they did attempt to make a pattern match version of the rug that looks to be maybe silk screened.
And I thought I was a SAFE SHOPPER. BEWARE!
