I tried some chocolate brown extensions, they are great. I love the colour options; I had to guess which would match my hair but they do match perfectly. Even though they aren't real hair, I love that you can style them with heat and they look like real hair! Really pleased with how many pieces are included, which insures for a full, even look. Great price. It's super handy that Lullabellz are stocked on various websites like Boohoo - easy to order from Australia.
I requested two different professional color match consults with photos and both recommended the same color. It took over 2 weeks (almost three) to receive. When I finally received it was the wrong color. It was about four shades lighter than my own. When I filed a formal complaint and requested to return, I was told I had to pay for the shipping because I lived in the United States. I have now filed a formal complaint with a company who pays them.

They sent wrong color and for me to send back, it would cost me as much as I paid. The person at the USPS stated that this company has a reputation for claiming they never received the product back even with proof of a signature.
