My deliveries came right on the time that was stated by them in the invoice! I was skeptical cuz I spent a couple of thousand dollars at this place and I wasn't sure if I'll get my products on time but they did. I spoke to some one from the place as well and they assured me that I will get the products on time. So happy with them!
$3k + dining table arrives without hardware. Installation guys say this is common. Can't reach anyone on phone Lulu and Georgia literally has no phone that isn't a recording telling you to email. No reply yet. ------- FOLLOW UP - 8 DAYS LATER STILL NO HARDWARE OR PHONE CALL! THE WORST FURNITURE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
This company is a sham. The companies they source from make cheaply made furniture that have arrived broken on two occasions now (and not because of delivery). I'm 0 for 2 at Lulu and Georgia. Not to mention the pricing is astronomical and you can get the same furniture pieces at places like Burke Decor for less

I got a beautiful rug from this place. It was quite expensive but it was a genuine Moroccan rug so it was worth it, worth every dollar I spent on it. I got the afella rug and it looked so beautiful in my bedroom. I'm so satisfied with this purchase and I will surely return again and purchase more stuff!
We ordered the Kaila media lounger from Lulu and Georgia in Nov 2020 for $1700.We were originally given a March shipment date, which was understandable given the Covid pandemic. While we were waiting, they started offering the lounger at 25% off and I insisted on receiving a refund for the difference in price, which they reluctantly processed. The seat eventually got to us in May, and it was a shocking disappointment. The web support of the extra wide seat is so cheap, it offers little support. The fabric is not of good quality. It has the look and feel of some cheap furniture you'd get on Amazon, but for about twice the price. Would not recommend them at all.

Got the ventura table decoration set for my best friend for her wedding as a gift. Here is hoping that she would love the gift as much as I did. Knowing her, I knew she will like and that is why I purchased it. It looked extremely beautiful!
Do not buy from here. They sent me a mold-infested sofa and do not even respond to get it out of my apartment despite the fact that I have a severe mold allergy. Customer support doesn't respond for days or weeks on end. Completely unacceptable and a health hazard to myself and my family.
Do not waste your time or money with this company. Buy from another vendor that sells the same stuff, very easy to find online -- just type in the description of what you want from L&G and you'll find the same stuff from a variety of other vendors that are actually responsive and professional.
Side note: I also paid $150 for "white glove delivery" -- the delivery guys wouldn't remove the moldy sofa and also told me I had to pay extra because I was on the 2nd floor. WHAT THE ABSOLUTE F*CK?!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! There is no reason! Just buy the same products online from a different vendor.

None -- the sofa is completely infested with mold so it is unusable and a health hazard in this small space
My mother got me a few decorative items from this place to my new house and my wife is in love with all the items she bought. She brought two beautiful vases that looked very classy and elegant, suits perfectly with the rest of the furniture of my house.
Who treats customers like this? No response to emails and no updates after 1&1/2 weeks of placing the order.
L&G allows no changes to your order once received. No cancellation of orders. No phone number to call. No customer service, except an AI bot that tells you 'request denied'. This is grifting.
