Their equipment is used because it's from their rentals but they accurately describe the cosmetic condition and the items are always functioning at 100%. I shoot 3 nightclubs in downtown Portland, OR and I love my 6D and 24-70 2.8 L. Shipping is fast and products are well packaged with everything included. Will buy again! August The Dragonfly

“Worst Customer Service Ever”

The worst customer service I've ever had. I returned my light rental through FedEx and in the same box with my own postage and they said they never received the light. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, they charged me multiple late fees and sent repetitive unhelpful emails asking for tracking info that I stated I could not provide. It gets worse. When I left a message on their customer service line my call was never returned. I do not recommend this service to anyone and will not be doing business again.
