I've bought one so far. Yet, I've gotten so many compliments! Looks natural. Most people don't know its a wig!
Terrible, I receive two dried up wings like mops packed in a ziplock bag press down together and bundle with tape. Awful and to top it off they do not want to give you the money back they want to negotiate want you to keep your dry wings that you will never wear and give you less of your money don't do it this is a hustle set out to Miss lead and deceived black women the wigs come from China made from Moss out of a tree.
I ordered three wigs from Luna wigs and that was the worst experience of my life the wigs that I received did not have any curls any shape the salt and pepper wig came in with a silver color I recommend that no one purchase a wig from wigs the pictures that are on their website does not represent what you will receive once again I'm having difficulties getting a refund and I really highly recommend that no one orders a wig from this unethical company.

Worst online shopping experience EVER! $80.00 which included 3-7 day shipping for an extra $9.99! Ordered on May 25,2020; still no wigs to date. Tracking sucks, updates are only made like every 6-10 days! When I say you got me this time! But GOD don't sleep! Stop screwing people out of their money! Also 1 star says "doesn't get any worse" well it does because LUNA WIGS don't ever deserve that star! Just pitiful!
I purchase two wigs from Luna Wigs they look awful, The color was wrong and the hair was like the hair used for dolls the poorest quality. They look nothing like the pictures on the website. I would advise anyone not to purchase

This company is a sham. I had problems with shipping. When I receive the wig it was the shabbiest thing I have ever received. It looked like a piece of horse hair sewn together. I was shocked. Watch out customers... this is a very poor representation of a reputable company.
Buyer beware! This company hijacks photos of wigs from legitimate sites and sells you sub-par, cheaply made imitations. I ordered three wigs and none of them even remotely resemble what they advertised - appalling. Trying to get a refund now. Will go to the BBB and any other agency that I can to report this fraud. Shipping took nearly 5 weeks, not the 7-12 days quoted.
I bought the Luna Wig 009 and it looked like something a clown would'nt even wear. Sad excuse for a wig, they offer 20% off what you paid what's that 6-7 dollars really! And that's on next purchase... They don't give Road Kill any justice, road kill looks better than what I received R. I. P. Roadkill. Don't fall for the false advertising when it's a picture of a real person, that's there hair not a wig.
I brought four wigs from Luna wigs this year 2020 for over $100. The wigs did not look ANYTHING like the picture on their site. All the wigs are good for is the trash can. The lace front is a total mess, one was orange and the other two was a disaster. They will NEVER get my money again. This blonde one was suppose to be a lace front. This is the orange one. I also kept the screenshots of this review.

I brought four wigs from Luna wigs for over $100 and wanted a refund cause it took sooooo long to get the wigs and when I got that trash I really wanted a refund and they wouldn't give me one. I will tell other people of my experiences with this company that across the waters.
Stay away from this company! They are a bunch of criminals. They put misleading pics of wigs on their site and the one you get is nothing like the picture. Bait and switch at its finest. They don't deserve a single star. They also won't give you your money back. They're disgusting criminals.
STAY away from this company. The wigs are so ugly, a mop head look better. The wig looks nothing like the images on Luna's web page. The company is base in China. Luna do not honor their refund policy. I was told that I could keep the wig and be credit $5.00 back in to my account. I had to go through my bank and file a complaint in order to get my full refund.
Before you order, please know these wigs are shipped from China. Takes weeks to Receive, Very Expensive to Return. Costed me 27.75 to send back. I haven't gotten my money back yet. I was told it would take a couple of weeks at Post Office. I checked Tracking today, in 4 days it will be 30 days shipped. Tracking information states "it's in custom" since Sept 27,2021. I'm going to give it a few more days and see if PayPal can help me.
These wigs are not even wearable. They also erase the bad reviews. Look at the YouTube videos. Scam!
I ordered 3 wigs from Lunawigs. Just terrible these wigs looks awful. I've contacted them several times for the return address. They refuse to provide that information. On their website they've all these great reviews. It's obviously they either wrote them themselves or paid people for the reviews. Please whatever you do don't order anything from this company. I'd to give a star to write a review. Just terrible and money wasted.
I should have checked the reviews for this company Luna Wigs before I gave them $60 for two wig purchases. I ordered wigs in April and here it is June and I have not received any thing. I emailed the two people who answered me when I reached back in early May. Would you believe now, those email addresses are not working... If you see advertising for Luna don't order, post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube wherever you use social media. Give that company a bad rep, so that no one will order products from them. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
If I could give this site a minus 1star, I would. I waited 2 months for my wigs. I bought 2 short hair styles for the summer and they were nothing like the pictures. No matter how I fluffed it with my fingers and used a rake come and pick. It like look a dead animal laying on my head. I am disappointed. They did not have any labels or logos that say what kind of styles they are. They put 2 wig caps with them.

The site is deceiving and if you do purchase there is no real tracking number to follow when the wig is coming. The numbers lead you to a fake shipping site.

I ordered 3 wigs expected to receive them within 3 to 7 days... it took almost 3 weeks to get them. Upon opening the wigs were nothing like the photos that i ordered from. The wigs are coming from China and you can not contact them nor get a response especially if its within 30 days of placing your order. No returns no refund thats their thing to avoid.
I received a wig that look nothing like the picture. They would not refund my money or accept a return.

Omg I love this wig. All I had to do was finger comb it out to my desired look and it came out perfect. Also about great plus. It came with a wig cap.

I brought 2 wigs from this company and both were terrible! Quality was bad, neither one looks anything like the pictures! I kick my self for not looking at the reviews 1st, bcuz I normally look at reviews before making any purchases! Don't fall for these pics, the wigs look nothing like these photos & there is no fix. The wigs are worthless!

I ordered a wig Dom Luna back April 28th they took the money out of my card but I haven't received My wig I will get my bank involved if I Idont get my merchandise

The wigs I received are nowhere close to those pictured when i ordered. If I could give them a negative 0, I would. I am quite sure returning this trash wont be easy. Also, they dont fit

To mad to write... Three words DONT BUY ANYTHING. All the other post I've read seem to be scarily accurate
I purchased a salt and pepper curly shoulder length bob from this oriental hair company and what I received was atrocious. The hair was exceptionally light, feathery not like hair, grey, pink and purple hue and no resemblance to salt and pepper hair color, straight and fly away, no resemblance to natural curly afro american hair patterns less alone texture. I should have read the reviews on this company first. Save your money and time. It took nearly 25 days for the wig to come from China or where ever it was made and shipped. I would advise you not to purchase. The product has a extremely toxic odor which made me ill. Open only while wearing a mask and handle with gloves and protective clothing. I had to loose my money and the return seems impossible -----doubt if you get your money back. I would love to photo this wig but we immediately repackaged it for safety purposes.

Please take heed to the reviews for this company. Find another site to purchase from. Either scammers or just extremely poor quality. DO NOT HANDLE ANY WIG WITH YOUR NAKED HANDS. PLEASE USE QUALITY LATEX GLOVES AND A MASK BEFORE UNPACKAGING AND HANDLING. HIGHLY TOXIC FUMES EXUME FROM THE INNER PACKAGING.
