I ordered a white dress that looked nothing like what I received, which was within a week. I contacted the return department and they offered me a $7 credit if I kept the dress. The dress (which was misrepresented) cost was $34. Because of principle, I returned the item (following Luvshe's exact directions) in September 2019 which costed $23.50. I still don't have my refund. They will not respond to texts or emails. I don't know what to do. I will NEVER order from Luvshe again and I suggest you don't either. All the bad comments here are accurate. Everything about this company is fraud.

Although they are responsive it does not put me at ease that I paid for expedited shipping for an order placed on the 19th that I have a tracking no for and there has been NO MOVEMENT in a week! I do for expedited shipping because I needed the items for an event but I have no confidence that I will receive it by then. It should not take weeks to get advertised garments to their destination and for this i am soured with my experience.
I placed an order two weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping via USPS. I received a tracking number which simply means a label has been created for my purchase. It has yet to be shipped. I filed a claim with PayPal. Scam company.
All of their clothes are very small. They make it almost impossible to get in touch. I am complaining to my credit card company and donating the clothes to the Goodwill. They should not be allowed to even advertise on facebook. WHAT A RIPOFF AND DISASTER OF A COMPANY. I am reporting them for claiming to be from the United States when they knew all their clothes came from overseas.
I believe they are taking images of clothing, quality clothing, and then trying to replicate themselves~ The seams consist of one single thread line, Polyester is being used that is not meant for clothing, sizes are ALL OVER the board and they will not give you a refund~
Luvshe knows shipping a return is prohibitively expensive so they offer stupid low refunds with no return. In essence they keep the vast majority of your money and you get stuck with an item that is useless. Do not shop or buy from Luvshe
I ordered from Luvshe last month. I received the order with 5 days. I ordered a size med. I received a small top and ex-lg bottom. I returned it immediately. The problem is I send it back to the address it came from. When I emailed them to check on it. I was informed that I was suppose to send it back to an overseas address. I'm accusing that is where their clothes are made. Long story short... Nancy informed me that she could not give me a refund or send my package back. I lost $50 and my outfit. Think twice before ordering from this company.
Placed an order over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping because I need some items prior to me leaving the country. Fast forward a week and a half later, i do NOT have my items. I had to file a dispute via paypal just to receive a tracking number from them and my items still have not shipped. They really need to work on their logistics. I'm not sure what the issue is, but i'm hoping my items come prior to me leaving in a few days and they actually fit. I have a feeling they keep their items on their site that are out of stock, instead of listing them as 'sold out', and they have to wait until they can replace the items from a vendor overseas... Just an assumption. Or, it's truly a scam. I'll know sooner or later. Save yourself the headache and dont buy from them.
5-7 days for shipping is what is promised for expedited shipping, however that is without processing time. Obviously processing time for them means weeks, as I still have no tracking info, but my order was paid 10 days ago with expedited shipping option selected. I will not order from luvshe again, unfortunately, for this reason and you cannot call to check the status of your order, only email, clearly the customer service via email is not in America, the responses are broken English and barely comprehensible.
They should work to resolve their shipping issues, it's a train wreck as of now. The inventory is nice but what does that matter if it takes a month to get what you order? Its inefficient and will cost this company customers=money, and poor publicity. Had I known it would be this slow, I wouldn't have ordered from them at all. I will not use them again. I asked how to cancel my order and there are no disclosures on how to do that (obviously because they want to make you wait and not cancel due to the terrible shipping timeframes, so they dont have the info--also a shady practice)
This will be my first and last order with them. I refuse to wait a month for items I can find with other companies. It's a NO for me, Luvshe. Do better.
