Went for brunch 14 November 2021 Drinks were served promptly, orders for food were taken & took more than an hour to be served. Food looked good on the plates but was absolutely terrible! There were 8 of us at our table. Most of us ordered eggs. I ordered poached eggs on toast. My toast was dry toast, no margarine or anything, hardly toasted at all. My "poached" eggs was 1 egg, extremely over cooked. It was like a rubber egg & very dry. A friend ordered tofu & was given pulled pork on a hash brown. She ate it because we had already waited over an hour for food & the waitress wasn't really too bothered that this lady was given the wrong meal. Even the coffee was cold! Customer service was poor & staff were more concerned about those who sat outside. We had to yell across the table to speak to each other as the table was so wide & the noise inside the place was ridiculous. I wouldn't go back again. Nice building, but very poor service & food was absolutely TERRIBLE! Waste of money! Doesn't even deserve the 1 star really!

Tip for consumers:
You might get better service if you sit outside. We kept closing the restaurant door as it was so cold out.
