I ordered some sunglasses and they were shipped as promised. They looked nothing like the photo, very cheap like kid's sunglasses and were huge in size. I can't imagine a woman's head being that large. I tried the number on the invoice but it is not real. I tried emailing *******@luxomo.com and to techrabbit that is somehow connected. I received an email from a Michael that provided an RMA number. He said he attached an RMA form but none was attached. The instructions say it must have an RMA form in the box and also he provided no address for returns. It says you have seven days to return them. I have been trying for 5 days to get the information to return the glass and still don't have them. I tried all the emails and online help form. You can't get through. This has scam written all over it.

Ordered and received "Gucci" sunglasses. Not cheap but discounted. Would have been pleased if they were not knockoffs and arms were bent so wide that my face would hav3 had to be the size of a bear to wear. None of the contact info on invoice or website work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!
