Excellent customer service anyway I have reached out to them, shipping is good - it takes 7-11 days for me to receive my orders on an average (there was slight delays during lock down of the pandemic which is understandable since every company has this same issue), they have the best fragrance catalog and the fragrance lasts me longer then a month - about 5-6 weeks. I love this brand. Luxsb is seriously one of the best subscriptions I'm subscribed to and Ipsy of course. FYI, I enjoy subscription boxes in general - I have tried many and this one is on top of my list as a must have.
I signed up for LuxSB in early Feb. So far it's April and I haven't received anything yet. I was charged for Feb & March and both selections have been in ready to ship status for a long time. I have cancelled my subscription because this is ridiculous. At this point either send my scents or refund my money so I can e done with this company. I gave them a chance, but no thanks!

Every fragrance I receive!
I decided to get some gifts from luxsb for my girlfriend and my sister for their birthdays. I know my girl usually buys her perfumes from this place and she usually gets the Balenciaga Paris so I got that for her because I know how much she loves it. I got my sister a perfume as well, the Bvlgari Rose Goldea. I selected this one based on some comments I saw and how beautiful the packaging of it is. Hopefully she'll love it. But Luxsb provided an excellent service and I'm extremely content!
For my hubby's birthday, I bought a gift from luxsb. I purchased the Amouage - Interlude Black Iris Man. I have to say that Amouage never has disappointed me and they never will if they continue making amazing fragrances like these. This scent screams manly and I know my husband would absolutely love it!
Luxsb has some unique fragrances that are hard to find in every fragrance store. I visited their store and I am really happy with the services I received from them. The employees were extremely polite and helped me find the most suitable fragrance for me. They are extremely knowledgable which is pretty awesome.
Been a member of them for over 3 years now and I've been subscribed to their perfume subscription. I receive a small perfume monthly for the past 3 years based on what I have choosen for that month in the small spray bottle. This is so much better cuz the monthly subscription is cheaper and I can select any perfume I want as well

I should have checked reviews before signing up with this company! I signed up last month, still haven't received my perfume, and it's time for this month's scent! I tried emailing, instant messaging, and calling, ALL UNSUCCESSFUL! Tomorrow I'm contacting my bank and the BBB! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
