I ordered a bag for my wife in March. I followed the instructions to pay via PayPal. Got confirmation the payment was accepted. It said I'd get the bag in 13-23 days. A month later i emailed to see the status. They replied saying they'll find out after the holiday weekend. It's been a couple weeks. I've sent a few more emails, used their contact us form on the webpage, and called the number on WhatsApp. Nothing. I opened a PayPal dispute to try to get my $450 back.

Wow I must say their product is fantastic. I had a very good experience and I loved every bit of it. The customer service was second to none and I recommend these guys for any business!
