I had some questions on the watch that my wife bought for me. Danny was a pleasure to work with and he accepted my return without question. Highly recommended!

I purchased a watch from this store about a year ago. I cannot get in contact with anyone and the watch is no longer working. I even used the Whatsapp number the Amazon had and the guy that answered said he does not work for this place. Then why are you a contact? This place is very suspicious. Do not buy anything from them. If something is wrong then you have no one to contact.

They say real lab diamonds on a $1100 watch but nothing to back it up. Just can't trust you when you won't even send a video of the diamonds being tested.

Shopping experience was great, called company twice and worked with James. Very pleasant guy and answered all my questions quickly. So far has been great. Waiting for the new Tag watch to arrive now.

The watch is beautiful, brand new and arrived well packaged. At this time I have no complaints at all. Hopefully this watch will perform accurately for years to come and that I will not have any issues with it. Just got it.

Had to attempt to pay over and over using PayPal 3 times with no luck and Amazon pay twice before the order went through. Looks like the website needs some work. I hope the rest of the purchase goes uneventfully.

Luxuryfreeshop is my first choice when buying a luxury watch. I have purchased two watches here. My first purchase with them was in July, 2017 and my most recent purchase was in January, 2018. The watch I wanted was in stock. I was able to speak to a live person and not an automated machine! The customer service I received was excellent! Danny went above and beyond to help with my order! I received my watch on time and undamaged! I would recommend and/or buy from again!

I couldn't be more happy with the transaction. The watch was received over free next day air, securely packaged. The price was far lower than anything I could find on Chromo 24, Amazon, Google Shopping by hundreds of dollars. All packaging, boxes, and paperwork were provided.

The only minor quibble was that I received a PayPal alert about potential fraud when I purchased. That was easy to clear up with a text message response approving the transaction. And I wish a confirmation email was sent upon order completion. I only received an email once the watch shipped so I was a bit in limbo if this all went through ok or not.

But Customer Service over WhatsApp was prompt and courteous.

I will definitely do business with these folks again.

I ordered a Tag Heuer Aquaracer. Delivery turnaround time was excellent. I ordered Sunday evening and paid for extra shipping. I picked up the watch Tuesday evening. Product came as advertised. The price was great. I highly recommend this vendor.

The deal was perfect. The seller is very patient and very comprehensive. As I live in France and the shop is in Florida, I made a lot of requests and he met all my expectations. The price is very low and the product is new, as described. Very fast delivery.

Amazing service. Safe transfer of money, really speedy delivery, weeks faster than other sites quoted despite being further distance and very good fedex delivery with tracker option. Very impressed, would recommend.

The watch came in as described and so far everything is good, but I shall wait a little before finalizing this review because it has only been 2 days since I've received it.

Product exactly as advertised, genuine article, excellent packaging and very quick shipment with security seal tape for peace of mind upon arrival. Excellent price, overall very professional experience and would definitely buy from here again and recommend to others.
