Their product are very good, satisfying and very soft. You can use it over and over again to your satisfaction.
I purchased my clip in extensions from you less than six months ago, these are hands down the worst extensions I have ever bought in my life. I have been a hairstylist for 12 years and did everything properly to take care of them including the coloring process. I clarified the hair before hand and used professional hair color on them to match my hair. I have tried three different treatments on them to get them to not matte up every time I wear them and nothing has worked. I am so disappointed in poor quality of the hair when I spent 400$ on them. I will be leaving bad reviews on everything so no one else makes the same mistake I did.

My package wasn't delivered. I have been looking for it for a very long time. I got in touch with the seller, she was answering very rudely for over an hour. She forced me to file a the police report, fill a claim with USPS. She promised to return the money and stopped responding. I have been waiting for an answer for over 11 days! The most disgusting and rude seller! She is a deceiver!

When I received my order a box inside the package was completely empty/the item was missing. I reached out to the company. They refused to do anything to make it right and when I reminded them was a $300 order and I wouldn't order again, they said they were sorry I felt that way.
But they don't have ethnic hair. So, umm, I can't buy anything from here unless I am buying for a friend. That's cool to me.
The hair extensions are terrible. The ends look weird, like you have to actually trim them again so they look natural. Hair started to shed and tangle within a week. I will be skipping this company from now on.
Only tried 1 product sent to me through an Ipsy glamour bag, but so far so good! I am considering purchasing full size products from them.
That shine product and how much it held up everything so well i just had to keep myself from looking in the mirror so much haha
