I would not recommend to shop this site. Material quality is very cheap. In the picture item looks so nice but when you get it, looked horrible. Size I ordered was all small for 6 items. They all either little girls size or women plus size. It took one month to arrive and no communication what so ever for shipping status. Please stay away from this site and spend your money somewhere else.

I would not recommend to shop this site. Material quality is very cheap. In the picture item looks so nice but when you get it, looked horrible. Size I ordered was all small for 6 items. They all either little girls size or women plus size. It took one month to arrive and no communication what so ever for shipping status. Please stay away from this site and spend your money somewhere else.

The clothes were huge even though I chose medium, and one dress was described as a long floaty ankle length, but arrived as a very short mini dress! No way to contact anyone. The contact form in the site has no submit button, and the email address *******@lybuddy.com returns as non delivered ie invalid email address! Total waste of money.

I was ordering 5 items from lybuddy website. Soon after that because I was worry if I cannot get my parcel because of the COVID 19, I tried to contact them through the email but the given emails IDs are not valid. Also unable to track my order status via their home page.
This is the worst site for shopping, poor customer service.
I am still waiting for my parcels and none of the item is received yet

Would not recommend shopping this site. Material quality is very cheap. In the picture, the item looks so nice but when you get it, looked horrible. Size I ordered was all small for 6 items. Please stay away from this site and spend your money somewhere else. I bought clothes online. They look so nice on the website but on delivery totally rubbish. Don't buy anything from this website. It looks like cleaning rags.

Do not fall victim of this merchant. The merchandise has not have their label. IT IS A SCAM.
If there were no stars I will give o. Be careful, don't buy, I bought a winter jacket and they did not send a winter jacket, they sent a piece of wrinkle t-shirt. Pictures of clothing on the web catalog are from different manufactures. I returned the t-shirt to the sender here in NY and my CC could not get me any refund. Next step, complaint To BBB and local authorities.

Buy some place else. IT IS A SCAM.

Omg rubbish I have been trying to contact these guys to return these products that look like rags! To no avail... you can not use their contact email as it will not allow you to submit the request. These people should not be allowed to trade. Stay clear... you no what they say all that glistens isn't always gold

Honestly don’t waste your money, the material is awful just really really bad quality. You can’t get hold of customer service, you can’t email you can’t call it’s a rip off site I am fuming I spent £126 and for nothing more than a bag of rags.....

I would not recommend anyone to shop on this site. Material quality is very cheap, it takes more than months to receive your items. All the dresses I received looks like a rug. In the picture item looks so nice but when you get it, looked horrible.
Guys please don't waste your money and time to shop from this website.

HORRIBLE!

I recived my clothes, and I'm trying contact them to ask a refound and NO ONE replyes to me after many times!
I really hope someone could help me in this situation and I would not recomend the store no anyone, once get's impossible to sort out any kind of problem with them, even send a lot of e-mails. What a wast of money!

What you see is not what you get from this site. I purchased 2 items, only 1 of them looked like the picture, sort of. Both were in super cheap fabrics, nothing at all like what was described. One was supposed to be a white cotton/linen mix and in the photo was a lovely fine material, the other one a light coloured solid denim fabric. The 'linen' one was a yellowish cheap cotton and the 'denim' one was just a light coloured blue cotton fabric. I also purchased sizes based on their site measurements, which again, no way matched the description. One of the outfits would have been lucky to fit my daughter who is an Australian size 6-8, which I am not. So then the fight began to return them. Cost to return $45 AUD, and at my cost. Cost of purchase $95.24, you do the math. They purposely send you sub-standard items knowing it is not worth the time or money to return them. They offered me a refund of $36 AUD instead. Once bitten, never again. Stay away from this site.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware that they will ship inferior quality items and you have to return at your cost to receive a refund even if they do not match the picture or description. Pay using pay pal as you can dispute via them and often pay pal will refund you immediately if the items in no way match what was supposedly purchased. If you have to return them then Pay Pal will cover up to $45 for return shipping costs for so many items per year. I purchased using a credit card and this option was not available.

I do not recommend it this website! It's a scam! I ordered some items and never was delivered but on the website says it was. I tried to contact them by email several times but never got an answer. Also they not have any telephone number to contact or a chat!
DEFINITELY ITS A SCAM! I'd like to have my money back

I received items, did not fit. Sent e-mail to get return instructions, no response. Returned items and sent new email. Still no response or refund. Items did not fit as pictured.

I ordered some blouses, totaling $97. They kept sending the same email, confirming my order, after a while, they send email saying they had to cancel my order due to not being able to get the order in. They said they would refund my credit card for $18.45 and send me a 10% voucher for my next order. Cannot contact them.
Thankfully I have a dispute with PayPal. I want my full refund, as I received nothing from them. Beware of this scam!

The clothes looked nothing like the ordered ones, the quality was awful(some garbage instead of promised cotton), the design was a disaster and sizes wouldn't fit an adult

I was ordering 3 items from lybuddy website on Jan 24 2020
Soon after that because I was worry if I cannot get my parcel because of the COVID 19, I asked them to just cancel it and give me a refund that also I was contacting them through Facebook because I was not able to contact them through the email but they make sure that I will receive whatever I order. And on the 1st of March, I received an email that my order was shipped but I only received 1 item from total of 3 items. And I was trying to contact themwith no sucsess, now I saw their facebook account shwing that online but when give them message no one is givingme answer, until now I didnt get any message neither my another 2 items.
