The reason why I ditch away itunes is that I hate its complicated operation and the constant itunes error (itunes always not connecting with my iphone). Yet, when I connect this software with my iphone, there is no response, either. I contact the support team and Ricky gives me feedback within 5 mins - change another USB port and it works. That's not the end. He also patiently gives me more useful suggestions on how to better protect my files after sync. I'm an outsider. These are really helpful. I'm very satisfied with his service. Thanks, Ricky and Digiarty team!
Do not purchase any product by Digiarty Software, Inc. I made an online purchase of WinX DVD in error (download only -- needed actual program discs). Explained my mistake and requested a refund literally within 15 minutes of purchase. Product was never downloaded or used in any way -- simply purchased by mistake -- but Digiarty Software representatives flatly and argumentatively refused the refund. They took my money and demonstrate absolutely no basic business ethics. Avoid.

With this software, I dont need to sync other contents when I just want to add a single song to iPhone. This saves lots of time. And I can freely manage my music playlist with macx mediatrans. In addition, I can not move the videos downloaded from YouTube to iPhone with iTunes cause the videos are not purchased in iTunes store. Macx mediatrans bypasses this limitation successfully.
Ive looked for several days to find the fastest way to transfer all the 1000 photos from my iPhone to my Mac. They have taken too much phone storage. Ive downloaded and tried several software but none of the make me satisfied.

When you sign up for the paid version of any of their apps, Digiarty will set up automatic renewals. They claim to send an email confirming the renewal but I never received one- and yes, I checked my spam folder. When I contacted them the day after I was charged I was told there was nothing I could do.
Also, good luck finding the link that takes you to your subscription page; it's nowhere on their various websites. I had to contact them for the link. Interestingly, when I got to my account page, automatic renewal was toggled "off," which leads me to believe I had turned it off sometime in the past year and they charged me anyway.
Digiarty is a scammy, dishonest company. Do not give them a dime.
