I have been honestly shopping with Madam Sew for nearly a year now, have probably spent at least 200-300. So far no problems. I feel they are an excellent company. They have shipped quickly and I feel like they have a high quality with their products. So far no complaints.

This company treats their customers badly. Accidentally bought the wrong sized tool and immediately contacted customer service via the chat on their webpage. I asked if I could exchange it for the correct size and be invoiced for the difference and they said no. I asked to cancel my order and they refused. Poor customer service. Beware.

This company treats their customers badly. Accidentally bought the wrong sized tool and immediately contacted customer service via the chat on their webpage. I asked if I could exchange it for the correct size and be invoiced for the difference and they said no. I asked to cancel my order and they refused. Poor customer service. Beware.

Tip for consumers:
You cannot alter orders in any way once you finalize the transaction, even if it's just minutes later. They will not let you cancel or modify the order. If you chose the wrong size of an item, you have to wait for it to be delivered, pay to ship it back to them, and then reorder the correct size (and pay for shipping again)

Every thing I bought from Madam sew was of high quality and was exactly as I wanted. I have no complaints of any thing.

My package arrived today in the typical packaging of a drop-shipping service. The package literally said that it came from the Qinghai Province, even though MadamSew claims to be an American company. Within the parcel, my items were crushed too.

Placed an order Dec 26th still not shipped as of Jan 6th 2024. Customer service said on Jan 3 they would ship in 24 to 48 hours that time has passed. The items will now be too late for the event I ordered them for. Will contact my credit card company for a refund

I was sent an item not ordered and charged. Company said they would pay for returning shipping and credit my account. Nothing in two weeks time. I have contacted them a total of four times and still no action. Would never buy from them again.

I was sent something I did not order but have not been able to return it.

Ordered 5 items received 4, cannot get them to answer the question about the 4th item. They avoid the question or simply do not answer me. I simply want the item or a refund. Seems simple to me.

Based on customer input, we soon began to develop our own products. The ultimate presser foot set and the heat erasable fabric marking pens were the first to be introduced in our shop. Ever since, our product development team has been working hard to bring nifty new sewing tools to the shop.

MadamSew.com has grown to be more than just a store, we are also a community where people can get inspired by, and interact with like-minded people. Our customers share inspiration, successes, & challenges with fellow sewing enthusiasts on our Facebook groups, Instagram, and Twitter. The MadamSew team contributes to the community through blog posts, tutorial videos, and comprehensive manuals.

Business History

MadamSew was founded in March 2017 by brothers Mark and Richard Fiers. Both of their grandmothers are avid sewers. While looking for sewing-related presents for them online, they found that there were a lot of handy tools available that a lot of people didn’t know about. That inspired Mark and Richard to start MadamSew.com, an online-only store that offers carefully selected sewing tools intended to make sewing easier and more fun. Richard, a former teacher, immediately adopted a focus on providing in-depth instructions with the tools sold in the webstore, along with top-notch customer service, in order to best assist customers. The store was an instant hit, and MadamSew rapidly grew to a company with more than 10 employees and inventory in 2 warehouses (main warehouse being in North Carolina).
