Magazine

Ordered 2 magazines on 5/10/2. Said i should receive them in 4-6 weeks Called on 7/7/23 and they told me it will take up to 12 weeks.She offered to refund. Went on my bank account and they hit me for $84.97 for next years auto refill. Wait...I never received this years. They said they were going to refund me. Now have to wait 14 days for money...

For many years this company has been my go to for magazines. Recently they change their webpage and it is impossible to see your subscriptions as to when they are expiring. I've called the company numerous times and finally after three days of getting the runaround I finally received a live person. I was told the company changed and no longer uses your old webpage. When I asked how I was going to Renew my subscription was I was told to look on my magazines and do it that way. Not the way I already know them. I am now dealing with another company.
