I cannot review the kid's car because I decided to cancel it after ordering. I was very concerned after reading reviews that I might not get my money back which was a substantial amount. I was relieved and delighted that I got an immediate response when I left a message that I wanted to cancel my order. They canceled it immediately. Left me a text saying it was canceled as well as an email stating the same. My experience with their customer service was great.

Warranty is only as good as its Customer Service. So Basically Magic Cars has no Warranty since it has No Customer Service... I see Magic Cars has only a 1 star ratings and numerous BBB complaints. Read these before you order. They lie. Finally ater 16 emails calls text the wrote to say item had been shipped but offered no shipping number i am 69. Not an idiot The said shipping number changes at every stop. What? Item was not shipped and they still refuse to cancer the order. 10 to 20 minutes after it was placed. Buy Walmart Or Amazon leave these guys alone. After numerous emails text and phone calls I finally get a response. I tried to contact.magic Cars with in 20minutes after placing the order I will continue on the Web to rate your Customer Service at BBB all the complaints. 10 min after I placed my order I emailed Texted and Messaged no response to 12 emails 10 messages. The phone number Phone: *******822 Only Goes to a person whom takes your order Guarantee is worthless according to reviews A another Rip Off and don't expect Affirm their loan company to help. Do Your Research they are not BBB certified.

Read these before you order.

We bought a jeep from Magic Cars for my daughter 's birthday and it is complete garbage. She rode it once and the next time she tried it wouldn't move. Their customer service is a nightmare. We have asked to return it and they just keep sending us random parts that fail after driving it one time. It should be illegal to sell faulty and poorly put together garbage. My daughter is so disappointed. They should be ashamed of themselves for purposely disappointing children. They know their jeeps are garbage and they won't refund your money nor send a new jeep out. Lol not that it would matter if they sent out a new one because it won't work either. If I could give them a zero star I would.

Magiccars.com was very quick to take my money for a purchase, but the car arrived broken on 12 Aug 2020. Today is 21 August 2020 and we have yet to receive a working car. We have sent photos, videos and numerous emails. They do not have a telephone number anywhere! They avoid the fact that the body of the car needs to be replaced! They keep saying they will send parts.It takes 2 days to get replies form them via email. They have sent clips to keep the batteries in, but the clips on the body are broken!?! The wheel shaft is also bent and they purely IGNORE this fact! I am fed up! The car was very expensive! How can a broken car be sent and they refuse to replace it?

No way to call anyone. This is a scam company! So sorry to have no customer service at all and no help from any tech support! Car worked for 5 minutes and then quit!

If I could give them 0 I would totally do it. 1star is more than what they deserve. It's scam do not waste your money. They don't have a customer service, they lie about their warranty and there is no one you can talk to. They only person who answers is the customer service who works from home and only sells you product. If you have an issue they ask you to email and no one takes care of it. As you can see the reviews. Please do not believe their fake reviews on their website. Search them yourself and you will see

No after sales customer service
No phone number means Warranty is a fake

No return
No refund
No recourse even if product was never shipped or never received
No tracking number
No receipts
Internet scam.
No cancelations at any time

Contact Max.Levchin at affirm .com ask him to stop allowing scammers to profit by providing them funds through victims

Products used:
Item never received magic cars refunded 66% to Affirm but kept 34,% and affirms expecting me to pay for item never received

I bought with them, cause it said it could be here on a certain date. 3 days after the date it's not even with in 10 states of me. I'll update if it's broken with their response.

We bought a jeep from magiccars.com for my 3 year old nephew last July, it has NEVER WORKED since the 1st day they dropped it off. Called the company and instead of replacing it they said they would send parts to fix it. So we found someone that works on them and he has replaced everything and it's still having the same issues. We have called the company numerous times and they still haven't resolved the issue. DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY SOMETHING THAT NEVER WORKS!

Terrible just terrible. My sons jeep was ordered as a Christmas gift on 12/8/2020 but did not arrive until the end of April 2021. As most say cancelling this a nightmare. Within 60 days of having it the sound went out. We tried multiple times to get the to help us and finally did get a part shipped to us that we had to fix. In November 2021, the entire jeep stopped working and moving forward. We have attempted since then to try to fix this Magic car. They don't respond and try to get you to buy parts as this was ordered over a year ago even though we never received it. We are also probably junking this $900 car which is infuriating but it's just taking up space and collecting dirt at this point. Do not buy. Buy a Cheaper Powerwheels. So much better

Ordered a kids car in January. Never received it. No customer service number, no response from emails. I canceled the order & informed my credit card company. MagicCars finally confirmed my canceled order but disputed my credit card dispute. Then a pompous dude representing the company called me and was unbelievably rude. Absolutely no customer service training. Constantly talked over me and after I hung up on him he called me back numerous time until I finally answered just so he could get one last word in. After 8 months Discover card finally ruled the dispute in my favor. This is a horrible company to deal with. Check their reviews and ask yourself why they have no social media presence.

Their products are NOT worth the money. The Jeep I purchased arrived broken. The front bumper and the main body were both broken when it arrived. And the front axle is bent to the point that is will barely steer with the remote control. Communicating with MagicCars through email is ridiculous. They respond every few weeks. The other issue is the description on the website says they can drive through dirt, mud and light snow. The care/instruction manual says to not ever let it get wet!
They are supposed to be sending me the parts to repair the Jeep but for $1000 I should not have to work on it! Go to Walmart and pick up a better vehicle for $300!

I ordered mine in August thinking that it would be here for my son birthday in late September, but boy was i wrong. I emailed every week and received a response back 4 days later of an automated emails saying that the demand was high and to be patient and we would get our vehicle soon. To keep me calm they sent me a RC car to have my son play around with from Amazon. Now fast forward to February and it arrives. Excited to finally get this together i dove right in only to find i have two driver side mirrors - i emailed them and still have not received the passenger's side. Light bar on the back would not fit and the wire harness was broke off. I emailed them about that and they sent me a soldering kit from Amazon to fix it - yeah right like i know how to do that. I finally get this put together and was just hoping i could get the mirror and i would be set. The sticker on the car said it was manufactured in Shanghi China Oct 2021 - two months after i ordered it. Spring came and it was time for the big show. I pulled out the remote and away it went. I put my 4 yr old son in it and had him take it for a spin. It stepped down on the pedal and away he went, but the car would not stop. His foot was not on the pedal and it has been about 20 ft and it is still going. I tried to override it with the remote, but that did not work. I ran up and hit the pedal to get it to release and that did not work. I put the car in neutral and that again did not work. I finally pushed the on off button and it stopped. This could have seriously injured my child or others. It don't have it fixed and don't know where to start. DO NOT waste your money. I really feel like i have been scammed and lied to along the way. It's still under warranty, but what good is that if they do not answer your emails and help you correct the problem. I really hopes this helps someone.

I'll start by saying I don't write reviews. We never have the time, but we really rely on the reviews from others. Today, I'm making an exception and am making the time. If you have any further questions, I'm happy to help talk you out of buying from MagicCars. EMAIL ME! MAGICCARSAREJUNK at GMAIL DOT COM I'm just a furious parent trying to help other parents out there... now to business.

It's hard to imagine there would be positive reviews here. I question whether any of the positive reviews are real customers. Our vehicle was purchased for the pandemic to keep the kids occupied in the yard. We've had another ride on car in the past (different manufacturer) that was rock solid. The MagicCars vehicle is absolute garbage. As others note, the wheels come apart at the seams with very little use. All 4 wheels angle out over time, despite being used well within the weight limit. There are wires exposed on the underside which get torn out, killing the motor to that wheel. The paint cracks. The plastic body 'fits' together, but is not secured, and pulls apart in multiple places. The hood doesn't stay closed, flaps open, cracked off and is now secured with velcro. The remote stopped working after 2 months.

That's just some of the product issues. Now to the service. As others have indicated, the service couldn't be worse. They will delay your request for service - notice there's no phone number to speak to someone live, you rely on email only - and after delays you find you pass the warranty period. Once it's clear you are past warranty they will finally respond saying that your guarantee is expired. As others mention, they will send you a link (months after your purchase) to a video of assembly tips instead of addressing your issue. Their responses on this BBB website show just how confrontational they are with respect to service. It seems the only time customers actually get the better of these people is when they dispute the charge on their credit card. Perhaps that's the way to finally get their attention: credit card chargebacks. In any event, if these products were superior to others on the market then I can see why people would still be buying MagicCars. But we have no excuse now, with multiple reviews that all say the same thing! Wake up! Please don't do what we did and waste our money. In our area, you can't just put this type of toy at the road for garbage collectors to take. I ACTUALLY HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO COME AND THROW OUR MAGICCARS VEHICLE IN THE GARBAGE. I urge you, please, don't buy anything from MagicCars. There are few things certain in the world these days, but one thing for certain is that YOU WILL REGRET PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM MAGICCARS.COM
