Nothing arrived like the descriptions. E g Knitted was simply printed thin material, possibly polyester.
Outdoor coats. One just the same printed material the other a kind of thin felt. No lining in either.
The 'solid linen' top is labelled 95% cotton 5% polyester, not a single linen thread and it has to be dry cleaned!
In the U K I feel that this firm would have been in trouble but they seem to be immune and no doubt laughing up their (thin, polyester) sleeves. I feel conned!

Over $200 charged on my credit card from this site, illegally. I went to the site and they look legit with beautiful photography, but I had never been to this site or bought anything from them. I tried customer service with no response. Now I have to go to my bank to get the charge off and change my cc number, AGAIN! Damn scammers!

I ordered a KNITTED sweater and a felted, layered scarf. What i got was the design printed onto cheap polyester fabric. When i complained, i was offered a 5% rebate. When i put forth a complaint to paypal (who are generally very good) they said the description provided was close enough and did not refund me. The two pieces were expensive, and absolute garbage. I threw them out, they were too awful to even take to a second hand store. I sooo wish i had read the revues before ordering.

This was a sham. I got a tracking # & a page of tracking, but It was fake. I got nothing. Tracking # poped me to a screen that showed the package circling around Eugene post offices by zip codes and 3 times going up to Portland, and even out to my house for delivery in Pleasant Hill, but with 30 days of shuffling around it should have made it. UPS and US Post office both agreed that it probably was a scam. The tracking number did not resemble anything either had known.

I bought the lovely scarf with autumn leaves in red for $32. What I received was a badly cut scrap of polyester looking NOTHING like the image on line. The fabric reverse is white so can't be folded as image illustrates. No instructions for return, no invoice, no apology for BAIT AND SWITCH scam. I wouldn't clean my dog's behind with this rag.

Everything I ordered was misrepresented (see photo as an example). I did not even have to take them out of the packages to know. I have posted on face book, requested a resolution on Pay Pal and contacted my bank who will report to Master Card. And will return everything Hope you all do the same

Don't waste your money on this site. The pictures are beautiful but they are knock off of high end clothing store. It is another store from China. The fabric is very cheap and the size is fit for a 6 year old. And the prizes are ridiculously for what you get. I have tried to contact them about returning the item, but no response. Again, don't waste your money. HORRIBLE!

Don't buy from them- simple as that. No cancellation after 12 hours. Returns have to be sent to China, with buyer paying the postage. Items look nothing like the photos.

Honestly, DON'T buy from these people. Nothing is as represented. I ordered what looked like a beautiful scarf. I got a cheap piece of unfinished polyester fabric. Horrible. No response to request for refund.

I wish I would have seen this PRIOR to my ordering from them. When I received my order, EVERYTHING was so CHEAPLY MADE, oh and the sizes were WAY too small! I have been emailing them since 10/27/20, back & forth, now they say their company policy on refunds is 20%! REALLY? THIS COMPANY IS BAD, BAD NEWS!

EVERYTHING the other reviewers have said is true, I had the same experience. I ordered a very large quantity of product, and not one item was as pictured on their website. Sweaters were not sweaters at all, a sweater looking print was put onto a cheap polyester fabric, one sided. Everything was white on the inside. Most items were completely unrecognizable, other resembled a print out of the picture on the site. Everything was made with the cheap polyester fabric. Nothing was hemmed, everything looked cut by a Kindergartner with a pair of dull scissors. When I contacted them and told them there were definite quality issues, they refused to discuss covering the return shipping even though their website clearly stated this was their policy. They then offered me 15% refund without return, this went back and forth a few times until we got to 20%, which I also refused. When I told them that I had pulled screen shots from the site showing what I should have received to put alongside photos of what I did receive for my credit card complaint, their website mysteriously disappeared for some time. I filed a complaint with Paypal, which was twice denied for ridiculous reasons. I was told that because my package was still in transit to China, my claim was denied. I had shipped it back AND paid $90 to do so because I hoped Paypal would help me. I shipped it in the requested timeframe. Merchant was no longer responding to my communications. On the third try with Paypal, my claim was accepted and I am now waiting for my refund, it is 1/8/21, I ordered my items on 8/24/20 and received them a month later. This is by far the worst experience I have had online shopping. These people have no interest in honest business. I am sad to see their site is up again to swindle more poor suckers like me.

Whole order and follow up custom service was unsatisfactory and felt like pre generated text. Finally got part refund.

I ordered a longline knitted cardigan/coat. What turned up was made of cheap & nasty, thin polyester fabric, printed with a knitted pattern on the surface. I contacted the company straight away to ask for a refund & was told that I would need to post the item back to an address in China at my own cost before I got a refund.
I contacted them again, but through Paypal to ask for a full refund, attaching the link to their website page plus pictures of the item I received.
They replied back stating the item was exactly as described on their website! They offered me a 20% refund MAX, & I could keep the garment, OR again, offered to supply a return address in China for me to return the garment at my expense for a full refund. Interestingly, the photos I had sent of what I received seemed to have disappeared from the Paypal conversation, leaving only the link to the item on their website.
I refused their 20% refund offer & told them I'd be escalating to a claim through Paypal, which I have now done. Currently awaiting a response...

I order a so called knitted Women Casual Vintage Plus Size Jacket and a green Cut and Sew Asymmetric Knit Sweater. The jacket is looking like a stretching neon flashy dressing gown in polyester or so and the Sweater looked nothing like the picture and came in a different colour! I paid over $150 for it all. You're a disgrace. I wish I had looked at the reviews first!

I tried to get them to let me return it and get a refund but they said unless it was "defective" they wouldn't take it back. It was not defective, other than being completely different from the one I ordered. They finally broke down and said I could return it, but it was going to cost me almost as much to ship it back as it cost me in the first place and they know that! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and magicoceanbox said it was billed correctly, so case closed! So I have to not only try again to prove my case, but now I have to get a letter on the letterhead of another merchant "in the same field" saying what the company did wrong, what it would take to correct it and how much it would cost. Really?!?!?!?!?!?! Do you think another merchant in the same field would do that for me? These scam companies get away with too much! Tough lesson learned! In the photos below, you can see on the right the one I ordered and on the left, the one I received.

I ordered 5 products for $159. When I eventually received the items, they were not even close to looking like the photos the site uses to market them. The quality was very, very cheap. I will have to give every item to the thrift store. Complete loss! The sweater I received was not the sweater I ordered. It's awful! Fabric was thin, cheap polyesther-type material. I'd be VERY surprised if it survived even one wash. Worse, since the items are from China - returning them is just not possible. Save your $$$. These products are bound to disappoint.

The company has what looks like an impressive range of pretty clothing. What they eventually send is cheap tat that looks nothing like the pictures, if it arrives at all. If you try to get a refund they give you the runaround. I'm shocked that they still seem to be getting away with the scam.

POOR SELLER / COSTLY RETURNS - Credible sellers accept returns when their shipment is in error, defective or was not properly represented and a credible seller accepts that responsibility by providing return postage. Our product received was a Printed Cotton (their image 0922) - Not the advertised Knitted Long Sleeve Cardigan. Our product received has WHITE and black (their image 0923 and 0921) - the Knitted Long Sleeve Cardigan photo does NOT have white. The product we received had changed AFTER the photos were taken and was a cheap version of what was represented. We provided this misrepresented information along with our photos. While we were given return info, there was NO FREE RETURN Return postage for their false advertising. If paid by the customer the return cost was 63% of the purchase price. DON'T BUY FROM A CHINA FIRM!
