There are just so many things going on and a ton of work to do. Sometimes it's too much, especially if you are a beginner. Overall, aggressive and demanding work environment with unrealistic immediate expectations.

Pros: Before, the company's product is saleable, but things have changed now due to poor management.
Cons: After years of working in this company, I realized the difference between having a job and a career. If you are looking for a job to cater to your daily expenses and don't care about career growth and advancement, then this company might be a perfect fit. However, make sure you're ready to embrace extended work hours without getting a penny in return. The owner doesn't know how to run things around here and blame people for not achieving their sales target.
