I found Mainely Urns doing a Google search for a nameplate for our recently deceased pet. I was impressed by the selection of pet memorials. I ordered three products. Mainely Urns kept me updated to let me know the massive storms had knocked out all communication at their business. Updated me regularly. And followed up now to make sure I actually received the product. So happy during a very sad time. Thank you for going above and beyond and the exceptional products. Highly recommend. Steven Adams
The packaging was not sufficient in protecting the base of the unit. Was severely damaged/crushed so bad that 2 Iarge chunks were chipped off. Suggest they put it in another box with some styrofoam over the top of it. I brought it to a car dealer [family friend] who bondoed it and repainted it for me overnight. As I had no time to return it and get a new one due to the burial date.

I bought an urn from here 4 years ago when my first cat died. His sister died recently and it was so important to me that they have matching urns. Well the company discontinued it and it was no longer available. After explaining my situation to customer service, I was put on hold while they went far and wide to search their leftover inventory. They found one and arranged the order for me. Was over and beyond and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

Look and quality of the dog urns.
I had a very smooth experience. This manufactured marble urn is sturdy, and you can use it in the ground at a cemetery without an urn vault as it is weight bearing. The faux marble was pretty and we got it in my mom's favorite color - purple. I got the standard shipping and it arrived in three days. It was packed in at least two cardboard boxes, very secure. My mom was a bargain hunter and she would have appreciated us saving $500 by purchasing this.

This urn is the perfect tribute and final resting place for my dog, Reign, who we often call Reignbow. It's even more lovely in person than in the online photos.
