Never again Well last shop at this rip off company I purchased some eyelashes April 19,2018 Never received my item. I sent them over for emails telling them about the issue they kept telling me to wait 60 days before I can get a refund, yesterday was 60 days I sent them another email letting them know I didn't receive my eyelashes and I would like a full refund. I paid $15 they refunded me 9.00. Smh It's your fault I didn't receive my items why should I have to pay for it? Buy your eyelashes and products from somebody you can trust these people are hard up thieves.

I'd give them zero stars if l could- the "self-sticking" eyelashes simply do NOT stick. No matter if you have squeaky clean lashes, or use the hairdryer on them to get them sticky again- you canNOT reuse these things! They don't work in the first place! The suckers will NOT stay on and you have to mess with them every two minutes, because they come off! Don't waste your money on these fake ghetto supposedly self stick eyelashes- They took forever to arrive as well! Lf l had know they were shipped from OUT of the country, l never would have ordered them- two thumbs down.

I purchased the Reopro salon professional steam hair straightener.
The item arrived 4 weeks later damaged, it keep turning off, it never got hot.

I emailed the Maisie Maven customer service and din't got a response for days. I had to open a dispute on Pay Pal. Very frustrating!

I'm not ordering anything from that company again. I had to pay $23.50 NON REFUNDABLE to send the damage item back.

SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I'm late posting this, but I wanted to be fair and let everyone know that I did finally receive the item. After about 90 days and no tracking info. Apparently they ship things very differently in other countries. So beware when ordering from this company how long it will actually take to receive it. The product works well. I give the product 4 stars, but I gave it overall 2 stars, because I still don't recommend them.

I ordered the steam flat iron that is advertised on Facebook. Shipping was slow mind took a month. The flat iron is great. I really love it. My hair felt soft shiny and not hot, damaged at all. Love it.

Ordered product two months ago have never received the product. I did get tracking information which has said in transit for the last two months. I emailed customer service, and it took them several days to respond and and the response was "sometimes due to delayed logistics and customs clearance, delivery might take a longer than usual time" I am doubtful that I will never receive the product or a refund. I would advise not to purchase from this company.

I ordered the Glitter Lipstick on the 4th of November 2017. By 2 Feb 2018 I have not received my package and Amber from Maisie Maven wrote back that it might have gotten lost and she sent a replacement package. I still have not received anything! This company is Fraud. I paid $45.95 for something I never received. I need an answer. My order number is #*******

This site is a complete scam NEVER buy from them they take you money and never send the product if you contact them all you hear is it's I transit... 7 weeks later what a I had of crap... thought it looked legit but noooo I got scamed can't believe PayPal is associated with them... at least I brought through PayPal so they don't have my credit card numbers... small mercies! I how PayPal can get my money back

I cancelled an order within couple of hours.
Got confirmation of refund and complete silence after. Numerous requests later: nothing.
Another scam business from China.

Does not work in the slightest. No gloss, yes some sparkle but it pretty much dries on your lips like a powder and begins to peel off. Highlights the lines on your lips.

An all round terrible product. Mind you at least i now know never to order anything from them again and to warn others about ordering anything from them too. You live and learn.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Eyelid stickers do not stick and are not invisible. They came with no instructions how to apply and they drop off and end up on the floor. Complete waste of money

It took 3 weeks to receive the product and it was smashed. I sent an email and got no response, so I threw the package in the trash. I sent another email and finally did receive a response but you have to take video for proof. No video, no refund or replacement.

Bad Business.

Ordered eyelift stickers; the weeks went by and every time I chased I got the reply that there was a delay with the manufacturer. When I said the time was unreasonable, I was told their Terms & Conditions state they do not have to refund for 60 days from the day they took my money.

The items arrived the day before I could demand my refund, but I am left with a pack with stickers, a pair of tweezers and some sort of 'prop'. NO instructions whatsoever.

I could kick myself for sending my money off to these shysters

I finally received my adhesive eyelashes and I actually love them! They came in perfect shape, in a box. The adhesive band is still sticking to my eyelid. I even bought a bunch of adhesives bands so that it'll stick for a long time. The trick is to put them on right after you clean your face, on a clean dry skin, NO MAKEUP on yet. The reason why some of you complained that it doesn't stick is maybe because you put them on ATFER you've put make up on? Then that would explain maybe why it didn't stick to your eyelid? I've been wearing them now every day and I even got compliments! :) Adhesive is the way to go! I've attached the photo... Sorry about the previous bad review! I take it back!

Been waiting over 5 weeks. Not even an email. I hate sham companies! Now that I've read the reviews, I'm disappointed.

I ordered the steam straightener well over a month ago and I still have not received it! When I email the company they simply say it's on the way and I can track it! I CANT READ CHINESE SO I CANT TRACK IT! They're incredibly unprofessional and a scam!

Please dont try to buy anything from this Fraudulent Website. They are not a company, simply a website to exploit people. I ordered Invisible Lift Double Eyelid Stickers and never ever got the item. They are dangerous and seem to be in Laos or related to individuals in that country.

Thanks to all the reviews, I immediately canceled. I paid through Paypal and getting my full refund. I emailed the company about all the negative reviews and told them to cancel my order... they did. You have 12 to 48 hours to cancel providing they have not sent the order to logistics--according to their website. Whew! I feel lucky. I feel bad for the ones who had such a bad experience.

I order 2 hairs comb. Been 7 months and I email them. They keep send me one word. Your packages is on the way. I want refund my money back. They email back and say same thing over over again. ( your package is on the way). Peoples don't buy anything on this website. This is scam. They took your money and never send your package. Don't trust this website.

Still 6 weeks, no product, no tracking, no money!
Will NEVER buy from this company again. The only thing they do well is Marketing and accepting your money.
