I ordered a dress back in May and never received any updates, it has been over two months and the company completely ghosted me. They delete comments on Instagram and don't respond to DMs, or emails and never pick up the phone. The company is registered at a virtual address in the UK, has one director in Canada, and charges in USD. Multiple reviews mention the same experience, this company has been reported as fraudulent.

A good site and the costumes are very sexy. I liked one of the shirts and also some accessories. The security here is high, the delivery is very fast, and the customer service is also good. In all honesty, the costumes here are the best.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered my girlfriend shoes and it's been six months to date, still no shoes. I paid for them and they never sent me anything, just excuses for delays, etc. 6 months (and counting). Customer service is a joke, they simply reply with a generic message saying a manager or logistics team will look into it and nothing ever happens. Obviously they could resolve my issue if they cared to but since its been six months of back and forth with no actual product in hand, I know I will never get it. I also asked for refunds several times along the way and those were all ignored as well. Do you research, there are several other customers with the same complaint. This company is a total scam, stay away!

Same experience as everyone here. I have ordered a dress over 250 dollars. It's been 1 month now and no answers. I've contacted the support team 4 times but they ignored me and shut down all comments on their instagram page.

I wish I read these comments before ordering.

Do not order anything on this website, it is a scam. My partner ordered a dress for me mid-May, it's the 12th of July and we still have not received anything. We've tried contacting them multiple times on Instagram and by email, they never reply or they tell you they're going to look into it and then ignore you. If you leave a comment on a photo on IG asking where your order is, you get restricted.
They're so pathetic they wrote a fake review in May 2022 on this website to make up for the real negative reviews before that. Anyway, we've reported them to Action Fraud and on Instagram, anyone who sees this, please do the same before more people are victims of this scam. Also, might pay their virtual office a visit given that I work right by where their presumed address is. I also got a friend working in the influence sphere, I'll see with her if she can spread the word.

I ordered a dress two months ago and I Never received it.
I wrote them a first time after a few weeks from my order because I didn't get the delivery as promised, and they replied that I would be contacted by the manager. No one contacted me. I rewrote a second time after about a month... no answer. I wrote again, and they just replied that the dress would be shipped soon. Still nothing today. Respect for the client is totally non-existent and as non-existent customer is the customer care. Strongly not recommended.

Placed an expensive order with this merchant. Weeks went by without any update. Attempted to contact the merchant repeatedly about my order, not receiving any responses. Finally received an email this week claiming that because of an issue on their end they've had to cancel all orders placed before two weeks ago. Here's the kicker, they didn't refund any of us. The email told us that it was up to us to contact our credit card companies about the charges. And because they played the delay game for so long, it's now outside the 60-day window the credit card company allows for disputes. This site is 100% a scam and I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This company is a complete scam. I have ordered one dress, over 6 months ago and still have not received it. I paid over $200 and tried contacting customer support several times, but have been completely ignored. I see that I am not the only one complaining about this same issue. Do not order from here, as it is a complete scam and they will rip you off and not respond.

I have bought several products through this page and I have loved it, their prices are the best, the site is very safe, I highly recommend it.

I dont understand how this company is still able to get away with it but this is a complete fraudulent site. Do not order from this website. They will take your money and never send the item. Ive been going back and forth on email with them about a refund for over a year and at this point its so obvious what these people are doing. I wish there was a was to report this brand but even on instagram and social channels, they've turned off public commenting so people cant be informed. It's unbelievable-- please stay away.

This is not a company. They steal your money then send you a bunch of phony emails. They never refund you your money and what's worse is you can't get your money back through your bank. Run Run Run away from this company. They should be shut down and put in jail. We all work hard for our money and to have a company steal it from you is unacceptable.

I ordered a top on march 5th and i haven't received any updates even though i've emailed them multiple times relating to my order. They haven't gotten back to me and it is listed as "ordered "on their website. Everyone has also had this issue, my money is gone!
