“Not trustworthy all the way”

A word of advice to anyone sending money thru this weak company. First of all, customer service has only one person most of the time so you sit on hold for at least 50 minutes. The other problem is your money transfer directly to a bank account may never get there, so I would suggest to never send via them using a dollar bank account in Nigeria, only use pick up. Sent money almost one month ago and it still hasn't got there, I have verified that there is nothing wrong with my receivers bank account, so that means them and someone in-between are trying to keep my money, very shady business. How is it that you don't have the ability to refund your customer since you claim you are unable to send the money to the recipient's account and you call yourself a business? Sounds like scam to me. So folks, beware, this can happen to anyone

So I had declined transactions even though I had money in my account. Then i was told it would take 3 days to clear, 3 days came then nothing. T hen I was told to wait 5, then 7, then 10. They tell me it hasn't been reversed by the merchant even though I showed proof that it has. I do t understand how they can do this. If there is anyone I can contact please let me know.

Después de un tiempo con la tarjeta comienzan a aparecer transacciones que el cliente no realizó y cuando las disputas siempre te dan la excusa de que los comerciantes dieron evidencia de que la transacción es real dando una dirección de entrega y un correo electrónico supuestamente del cliente que no es real. No cuidan el dinero del cliente.

They use a multi Level Marketing strategy, that's the first red flag. You're friends or acquaintance who signs up with them will beg you to just sign up for a free month and you cancel so they can get their points. Then canceling is now impossible. They will tell you that you're balance has to be below $0.99 before they can cancel your membership, which is virtually impossible because of the way they set up their system. I called and they keep telling me this nonsense. I asked them to transfer the money back to me. They said the form will be emailed to me immediately, yet no email was ever sent. I'll keep calling and pestering them until they cancel my membership. They're completely useless and I've never used any of their services yet, over the course of a year they've taken $180 from my account.

Stay away from them.

This company is a scam. I opened an account and funded the account. They then closed it. They're holding my funds even after I provided them with a forwarding bank.
It's a huge scam. I now have to begin the process of taking them to court to retrieve my funds

This mobile banking app claims to give you $10 sign on bonus and $10 referral bonus as long as you click on your friends link to sign up... verify your identity by submitting your driver's license, then a photo of yourself, then verify your phone and e-mail address and deposit $20 into your Majority wallet.

Not only did they NOT pay me a $10 sign on bonus, but they also did NOT pay my friend $10 for referring me to the app. When I contacted customer support, it took them 24hours to respond, but their little chat says "Replies within a few hours"... The customer support is terrible and doesn't know jack about what she's talking about. Called me a liar, without saying the word liar, on how I signed up.

I spoke with at least 10 other people during this time about the app and they all had the exact same issues: Not being paid their sign on bonus, not being paid for referring their friends and horrible customer service.

{They claim I didn't sign up correctly, which is false.}

I downloaded this app to receive money from my clients that used zelle long distances. So I opened my account with majority received my money from zelle add majority card to my cash app account sent money to my sister so I can get the money the same day but she wasn't able to meet me so she refunded the money so I called the next morning to speak to majority to find out when the money will be available " makes no sense for the money to not be available instantly when she sent it right back" so I called talked to Julie "every time I call she is the only one who answered" well I was upset that she said it would take anywhere from 5 to 10 days so after that I called back to see if the money was returned to them from cash app because cash app said it was refunded already an I couldn't get my app to work so I called them Julie said she closed my account because security issues an they would not receive any money for my account at all so 3days later after back an forth they finally said that have my money they will email a form to fill out my account info to receive my money two weeks ago by they can't send it because my account doesn't receive wire thwt i need a account that can any ones account is ok

Weeks go by I'm waiting for a check nothing so I called them back today Julie said she was trying to get ahold of me I never got a call r email from them to tell me my check couldn't be approved to send so back to they need an account number to wire me
