I never review people normally but these guys are truly the GOATs. When I couldn't find an iPad anywhere, they saved the day, and I received a brand new one at a very reasonable price the NEXT DAY. Very responsive on emails. These are my new go to guys - recommend 100%! Proof of purchase attached.

I bought an iPad from this company which was supplied with a US adapter which was unsuitable and broke our kitchen socket with the additional adapter of substandard quality that was supplied with it.
Was promised a new adapter and a refund to replace the broken socket over six months ago and I'm still waiting.
Nobody including Melanie G ever answers the emails and it is impossible to get through on the phone.

A little dubious about buying form an unknown site, but after my experience, I can say that they are the real deal!
I called their number after I placed the order and spoke with Jenny who confirmed everything was good. 2-days later my Apple Watch showed up on my door!

Ordered iPad on Tuesday night picked wrong colour and as I ordered for someone else I wanted to change this I selected cancel and got a reply page so I requested an amendment. Received email next morning to say order was amended had another query which was answered quickly. Well done Melanie G. IPad arrived Thursday afternoon. Excellent service
Company is fraudulantly avoiding warranty and even going to small claims court will be avoided as their address is not theirs and use it illegally

It is not the business address of major mobiles UK, our address has been used under fraudulent purposes by the company.
The person associated with the account number in the address was banned from using our services in early 2020. They are based in the USA. We are going to report this to the relevant authorities.
I really hope you can resolve this, We take fraud very very seriously

All good reviews are good delivery this is true but when you need to claim under warranty you will get nothing if its within 1 Year they will send you to manufacturer but forget about 2 year warranty literally forget it it will not happen
Returned almost a month ago due to the seal being broken and being told by the devices manufacturer that the device had been registered for warranty by an individual in 2020.
The device was delivered back to the retailer on 24/01/2022, I was told to wait two to three days for the return to be processed. As of today 20/02/2022 twenty-seven days later I've yet to receive any refund. I've sent three emails on 01/02/2022, 03/02/2022 and 08/02/2022 respectively asking for an update on my return to which I received only one response on 04/02/2022 where I was told they'd check up on the return, that was sixteen days ago.
If in three days I don't receive a confirmation that my original payment will be refunded I plan to report the transaction to my bank which'll hopefully issue a chargeback. I have evidence of the device not arriving sealed along with digitally signed emails which document all my correspondence.
A brilliant experience! The entire process from ordering to receiving was a seamless pleasure. Very fast dispatch and a minor issue with the order was addressed within a matter of hours by Melanie in Customer Satisfaction Department with a further follow up email to check if the issue was resolved!
I would definitely use Major Mobiles again and spread the word amongst my friends.

Update: the parcel was delivered 28/12/22 to a neighbour by DPD as I was on holiday. Just got back 31/12/22 to find only one iPad instead of 2 in the package! Just no end to this problem with a non contactable business. And yes an adapter plug in the package as non uk item!

2 identical handsets ordered, 2 different handsets received. 1 hanset had an international charger and a travel adapter supplied. Other had a UK charger. Ordered paying extra for 1-3 day delivery. Eventually turned up a week later. Very difficult to get hold of with responses that just aren't true. Promised a refund for the extra delivery charge which has not been issued.
I ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max 8 days ago but still didn't get any information about delivery. They don't answer on my questions. They are saying it's shipped but didnt provide tracking details.

Major Mobiles sell phones which are imported from Panama at a fraction of price. Therefore, the frequencies are not appropriate for UK market so phone reception will be significantly impaired. Plus some functionality is not available such as Samsung Pay. No refund after 30 days despite advertised. AVOID!
Ordered a new IPad Mini 5 on Wednesday at 11:00, delivered the following day at 15:30. Can't ask for more than that... And 10% cheaper than Curry's... Bargain... Would definitely use again... Thanks Guys...
So eventually achieved very sporadic email communication. Arranged relatively swift collection of the wrong handset and promised to overnight the right one to me by today. DPD inform me that it'll be delivered on Monday now. 23rd of December I ordered it and paid expedited shipping.
Refund requests for the expedited shipping costs have been totally ignored. Spend a little more elsewhere.

Beware, this company sell products as though they are to UK spec but they are not. I purchased an Apple IPhone only to find out that it was US spec which means the signals work differently so you can have major issues when using in the UK.
Attempting to speak with someone at this company is near on impossible or when you email them they only respond to questions that will get them a sale. Ask anything they don't want to answer or when trying to return a phone, they do not reply.
Pay a bit more money and get a guaranteed UK spec and avoid this fraudulent company. They should be reported to trading standards.

Would be zero stars if possible. Worst retail experience of my life. Impossible to get a response to an issue by phone as you get to reception over and over again and they promise someone will get back immediately but nothing happens day after day. Emails too are never responded to. Horrible.
We have had a terrible experience with Major Mobiles. Our iPad although cheap stopped working, just would not charge or switch on. We tried to claim from the warranty as advertised on their website. We could not get anywhere with them just ignored us when we refused their offer of a pittance one of payment of £30. No offer of replacement or repair.
We tried to take them to court as we are rightfully entitled to claim under the warranty, to find they are trading illegally. They make it impossible to find their trading address to send a claim to, and have not updated their details with companies house - who are trying to now strike them off for failing to submit their accounts.
Most of the reviews are made soon after purchase, but many more buyers are experiencing this same issue finding they cannot claim from the warranty and items being faulty.
If you want a cheaper iPad and are willing to replace in 12 months time then you'll be fine. If you expect a bit more including a reply from an email then go direct to Apple. Don't be fooled by the reviews and buy direct don't be ripped off like we were.

So I bought an IPad for my son's 18th Birthday via ONBUY.Com this business took my money and I never got my IPAD for 6 months I have chased the company and had an open case with ONBUY all the do is ignore the situation and they have basically robbed me. I am truly disgusted they do not even update or respond, they do everything to avoid contact, don't risk spending a penny here
I tried to get in touch as my iPad was showing few faults. Sent them emails. No reply. Their service is the poorest. I will not buy again and will not advise anyone to buy from them.

I ordered an iPad Air with a little trepidation but needn't have worried as all was good and the price was so much better than most other places. Despite not paying for quick delivery I got my iPad next day and it came boxed etc as if straight from Apple. Really pleased and if you are looking for an iPad do not hesitate to contact Majormobiles.
Falsely advertised and mis-sold an American model of the phone that is not covered under warranty. DO NOT RECOMMEND RISKING BUYING FROM THIS DODGY WEBSITE.
I bought a galaxy S10 which had been advertised as being covered by a 2 year warranty.
I then emailed them directly to confirm what model of the phone they were offering to which they stated it was the European model.
6 months in I experienced a fault with the charger port so I took the phone to a Samsung store. The Samsung store told me that usually the fault would be covered by warranty, however the phone was an American model so it is not covered by warranty in the UK.
Upon contacting MajorMobiles UK, they initially ignored my emails and refused to provide any solution or explanations to misselling a phone.
Again, I do not recommend buying from this website and I think when buying expensive tech it is definitely better to buy from the manufacturer or a trusted retailer as I am now having to pay £360 for a fault that would've been covered under warranty if I did not buy from majormobiles.co.uk.
Extremely frustrated that they are able to openly lie and falsely advertise on their website to scam customers.
