I had issues with purchase (phone was not authentic iPhone)... Took 5 months of constant pressure to get resolved. Started complaint in July 2015 - finally delivered replacement mid December 2015.

I brought the iPhone 4 for peanuts, brand new not a refurb cannot believe it I don't know how they do it.
Plenty of communication easy transaction quick postage who could ask for more?

Tip for consumers:
DON'T... Unless you enjoy buying counterfeit products and getting zero customer support. Oh... and being out of pocket nearly £280 and have nothing to show for it!
