Mall Everest

This company is a scam. Their items come from Singapore (they don't tell you that) so if you order any type of clothing, it is way too small. They also don't tell you that they do not accept returns for clothing. So if something does not fit, you are stuck with it. I posted 2 bad reviews on their website for the item that I ordered and got stuck with in hopes of letting others know what they do, but when you go to that item the reviews are no where to be found. The only reviews they post are the positive ones from the folks who live in Singapore and actually fit into these small clothing items.

Its a scam. The product quality is very poor. You cannot get a refund. My order came and the sizing was so far off the items could not fit their sizing chart information. Dont waste your money.

Ordered the support panties from Mall Everest and waited a month and a half before they arrived. When they finally came the package was postmarked from China. The support panties label was written in Chinese so I could not even tell if I received the right size or what the washing instructions were. Well needless to say they were so small and had no support. Contacted customer support but they never contacted me back. The panties do not come with the shield in them and because of that I read in the FAQ on their website that they are not returnable. This information was not stated before I ordered in the product info otherwise I would not have ordered. Dont waste your time or money. Poor products and poor customer service.

OK I place a order on malleverest. Com for some body shaping panties for 19.99 OK when u I order it didn't say it would take 2 weeks to get I felt then this was gonna be a issue so when I got the I opened it an the panties have no Support in the at all not the least I immediately email them an tell them that I want refund cause this doesn't look like what u describe that u are selling so they email me an tell me I have to opinion I get 50% of my money an keep the item or I send it back an once they get an look at they wI'll send me a full refund so I'm o my God really they mad an I am to so I'm forget send me 50% I just want to be done now they want PayPal to investigate cool now I want all mine back an get this cheap looking mess back

I order my item June 17 and I emailed him lives week did not get it there's no phone number to get ahold of anyone and I emailed them again still no answer so I guess they just stole my money as I do not have my package I order something for plantar fasciitis
