I purchased a black drone with a camera attached. I was shown a picture of the item but when I made the purchase, it said I ordered a white drone with no camera. I reached out to them and got 2 replies on the same day from 2 different people. The first one said "Sorry for your trouble but it has been sent already"... The second message said "We will change your drone to black, please wait" But made no mention of the camera... a week later, I get an email conformation that it was sent on that day and it it white with no camera... They don't reply to any of my messages now... This was a birthday gift for my daughter but now I have to be the bad guy and tell her she is not getting what she wanted... I now have no trust in Marssoe and will never purchase anything from them again... BEWARE...

Beware, this company is a SCAM. You may received the merchandise but it will be cheap junk, not as advertised and you will not get you money back. I purchased a CAMPING chair from MARSSOE. Delivery took over 3 weeks. It arrived damaged, very poor quality, not as shown in the add pictures and in addition there were no assembly instructions included, no receipt, no shipping paperwork and no reference to this company Maining MCC. When I contacted them via email they offered me a $3 "rebate" for a $65.99 purchase. I replied I will accept nothing less than a full refund of $65.99. I will NOT accept a partial refund. I paid in good faith, for an item that was defective and I expect a full refund.

They also gave me a lame excuse that they have "issues" receiving returned goods. They list an address ******* Industrial Drive, Madison Heights, Michigan *******. I asked them to provide a Return Good Authorization number, or whatever return authorization information you use, and I'm certain the return package will be delivered without an issue.to Michigan. They never responded to this request.

I found out the hard way! It's a long story and I won't bore you with the details but I disputed payment with PayPal! $75.99 At Christmas and I usually love this time of year but Marssoe reminded me of who is in this world!

I thought i did my research before i ordered throught MARSSOE.COM but apparently i fell for it. Took my money and no product. Fighting it through PAYPAL.

I purchased a pair of shoes, sent the payment through Zelle only for the person to tell me they don't sell shoes and I have the wrong number.

Thanks for your help to correct the shipping address. My items arrived in good condition. Thanks for very much for your brilliant customer service.

I am one who does not usually write a review but if I could give MARSSOE a lower than ONE STAR I would!
I ordered an item online and realized that it was the wrong item I wanted. Within an hour and a half I asked that they cancel the order (of course my credit card was already hit) and they refused; saying it was already shipped. How could something be shipped within an hour and a half?! And, their cancellation policy states that you can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. I wish I had read the various reviews before ordering from this company. Customer service stinks, all you get is "So Sorry, we cannot cancel" or "Sorry, can you keep it". Wondering if I will ever receive the item I purchased! Please DO NOT order from this company EVER!
