McAnelly Heating and Cooling is a very professional and competent HVAC company. They have always been responsive to our maintenance needs. When we have needed replacement of our HVAC at our home and now our rental unit their prices have been 25 to 30 percent below other estimates.

I always sign up for the two times a year on site check of my heat pump. The service techs are prompt and very friendly. They are very good to answer questions.

In January? Was this system installation? If so it is working well. If this is the most recent, probably good. The price always hurts. Anything over $250. I would prefer a discussion before work is done. I havent explained that to Phil yet.
