I use mealme.com every time I place an order with UberEats, Postmates, DoorDash, etc. It shows you which app to use to save time and money on the delivery.
The customer service department will not give you a refund for stores mistakes, even when you provide pictures of wrong item delivered that you did not order and bad food quality instead of reaching out to stores for not giving items ordered. They ask for proof, once given, they deny refund. So just be aware you will not be refunded even when it is no fault of your own, their response was sorry you had a bad experience. Which did not help the fact I didn't have more money to buy something else, therefore did not have dinner. Smh bad customer service. I asked to close my account and will not use this app again

The worst food delivery service! Do not order from her. I had placed an order and was said to be delivered within the hour. After waiting 2 hours I decided to contact them for a refund. The customer service rep had told me they were going to look into why the order wasn't delivered and get back to me but never did. Total waist of time and money. 0/5

Great support from mealme app. Listen to my problems and approach them professionally and helped me greatly! Wonderful app and awesome support if something happens.
Customer service is zero help and exited our chat ten + times. Will not refund, but will definitely charge you. Just all around ignorant af.

I placed an order on 06/28/22 at Aldi's. My order was never delivered that day because the store closed before the order was accepted. They delivered the order the next day around noon after them telling me they can not return my money. The order I recieved did not have everything that I paid for. I reached out to customer service through the app (not a real person its an AI) and nothing was resolved. I reached out via email and nothing was resolved as well. They will not refund my money nor will they respond to my emails. This is the second incident that occurred to me. I tried supporting a black owned app and it backfired!

My order was delivered to another residence and half the food was missing. I tried to contact Mealme again and explain what happened with my order and they were Extremely rude! Never Again
Will not refund me when i said i was not waiting any longer. They didn't even have a driver yet. They said the store prepared the food so they couldn't refund me. The delivery time kept getting longer and longer. There are never any drivers available. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Me and my friend ordered some snacks and it was taking really long so we decided to text and there was nobody to deliver it but yet it didn't say it anywhere and I never ended up getting my Oreos or donuts. So stupid! Never ordering here again.

I deliver for Uber Eats and Doordash. Had a double order one night to Shake Shack. They could only see one of my orders on their screen so they had to make the other order by looking at my screen. Proceedes to drop off first order no problem. As I'm fixing to drop off the second order I receive a call from the second customer asking me where I am that it's been 2 hours waiting on their food and they could see I was miles away from their house. I asked their name and I said I dont have an order with either of the names you've given me and the road they said they saw me on was not where I was. I asked did they order from Uber Eats? They said no but from Meal Me. I had never heard of that service. I told him hold on let me place this order on customers porch and I will call support to see what happened. As I'm getting in my car I ask him to hold one more time as I'm driving down an extremely steep driveway. He said I have a really steep driveway. I asked if he lived at 511 xyz and he said yes. I said, well I just delivered there but it was to. Laura and not any names he mentioned. We were both confused. And his app still showed my location as 3 miles away. He thanked me for his food and going to call customer service to figure it out. I thought it may be a glitch until the same thing happened to my husband last night. So I think the orders must bounce around forever and through the meal me platform, then the info isn't correct for the delivery person and customer loses out in the end. I will continue to contact customers whose name the store can't see and verify if they ordered through this platform.

The customer said they were told food would be delivered 2 hours prior to my arriving. I would contact customer service or the delivery person after its 30 min late for sure
This company is the worst ever. I ordered my breakfast for me and my grands which was 3 McGriddles and they only delivered one sandwich. Then I contact them and they said we don't give refunds and I called my bank and explained what happened and they refunded me my money and are going after they're yamp $#*! for the money. DO NOY ORDER FROM THESE BUMS. You have been warned!
